    Good afternoon,

    My lady and I have a few clients for events that we are to plan and coordinate in 2007. We do not have a business name and I need to set contracts up within the next week for one of the events. What can we do to legally do this? Can we use our initials? Like "J & J Event Coordinators" or "John & Jane Event Coordinators" or does it have to be "John Doe & Jane Swenson Event Coord." Which one would be the legal way? Or do I HAVE to put this event on hold and get the DBA before going forward??
