  • How do I obtain copies of documents? Indiana

If you have access to the PACER system, you can access the case and print off copies of any documents on cases that have been scanned or you can visit the Clerk’s Office in the division in which the case was filed and make a copy for $.10 per page. You may also make your request in writing, but there may be a $20.00 search fee and an additional $.50 per page for copies.

Certified copies of documents may be obtained by visiting the Clerk’s Office in person or mailing a request to the Clerk’s Office. If your request is by mail, you must include the name, case number and title of the document. Certification costs include:

    • Certification of document $ 7.00 (per document)

    • Copying document $ .50 (per page)

    • Search fee $20.00

All certifications are made by Clerk’s Office employees. The Clerk’s Office will not certify copies of documents submitted by individuals that are duplicated outside the Clerk’s Office.
