  • protecting my home from a 3 year lease and business that has gone bad Connecticut

I have a business that is not working out I am into it 8 months I have min debt wit creditors and am considering folding up the business, what can i do to protect my home from being sued by the landlord for the remaing term of the lease?

Huh? What does folding your business have to do with the lease on your home? Are you planning on breaking the lease by not paying rent? If that's the case, then there is nothing you can do to protect yourself short of paying the rent and keeping the lease agreement. If you fail to pay your rent, your landlord has every right to sue you for the remaining money that you do and WOULD owe had you not broken the lease.
