Friends (and the rest of you, also),

It's Memorial Day, and a time I find myself reflecting on those friends, brothers and sisters that I have lost along the way. They're gone just as I remember them from high school, college, and from the darker times when we were together. Please take a moment out of your day to remember those of us who didn't come back.

On another note, I see that this is my LLT anniversary, and since I'm moving along personally and professionally; I believe it's time to acknowledge that my usefulness to this forum (if I ever had any) is done. I've learned a great deal from many of you, and hope I've helped some of you and some of the visitors. For what it's worth, I think the condescension and the piling on of late has diminished the value of an otherwise helpful program.

I'm sorry to hear that, Texas. You've been a very valuable contributor and I wish you'd reconsider. Would you please contact me off-line? I'd like to discuss it with you. Then if you still want to leave us I'll respect that.
The above answer, whatever it is, assumes that no legally binding and enforceable contract or CBA says otherwise. If it does, then the terms of the contract or CBA apply.

You will be missed. Best wishes in all your future endeavors.
I am not able to respond to private messages. Thanks!

        Best wishes to you.
I find that the harder I work, the more luck I seem to have.

I wish you wouldn't leave. You really will be missed. We're not just saying that. You were a very valuable contributor as cbg noted.

If you do leave, the best of luck to you in the future.

PS - Maybe at least come back once in a while? Betty3
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. Leo Buscaglia
