Does any one know how its possible to have a surveillance video
relased from a convenience store? I have been accussed of somthing I
didn't do and am confident that a look at the store video would prove
my case. Does one need a court order to have access to the video (for
a particular date and time)?
Thanks for reading this through and for any suggestions you might
have.

You should talk to the prosecutor if the charges have been filed.
Ask to see the video for yourself. I'm sure they'd have that as evidence.
If no charges have been filed, get an attorney and subpoena the tape.
If they can't produce a tape, you have the choice of suing for
slander/libel.

You still don't know how things work, do you St00pid?

I'm sure the prosecutor will jump to set up a screening and supply the
popcorn, Bullis. Why are you so st00pid?

Right. Your answer to everything, Bullis.

This post could be "poster child" for
not including enough information!
Who is "accusing" you, and of what?
If they are accusing you of being evil,
there is not much you can do about that.
If this is a law enforcement scare tactic
similar to the "indecent exposiure"
thread, then keeping quiet may be your
best bet. Or perhaps some private citizen
is accusing you of stepping on his foot ??

Look at a 'subpoena duces tecum'.
