This is the official IRS document explaining the tax benefits of
adoption:

I found it pretty easily on Taxbrain.com. They've got a lot of good
info, and you can prepare and file your taxes there too. I'll
probably give them a try this year, although of course I'm not
nearly through procrastinating yet.
