The threat to the public is very real," Senior Constable Janes said.

I have this to say about "psychics".........hogwash!
On a tv show one so called psychic asked her firefighter client who was on a
rescue mission of sorts, "is there something green around you?"
Duhhhhhhhh.
He's standing on green grass, the trees are green.
duhhh.
"No why?"
He turns around and sees the green fire truck....duhhhhh.
Like this guy who has been a firefighter and rescue worker ain't never seen
the truck before?
Most so called psychics use education to their advantage.
Case in point, on a local cincinnati tv show years, a very well known
"psychic" of the time was a guest.
12 year old girl stands up. Host: "What does this girl do?"
I looked right at her haircut, which said it all. "Page boy".
She stood grinning a mile wide and the guest says after a dramatic pause and
stare, "Congressional page".
ding ding ding. No big deal.

A lot of stuff psychics do are no better than parlor tricks.
"Crossing over", the tv show, is a stage show.
His so called guests are plants.
Do your homework on your victim and you too can be a psychic.

If you are so pscyhic, answer this: Where is Jimmy Hoffa or his body?
Who murdered the actor Bob Crane of "hogan's heroes"?
Who killed JFK?
Who is the payroll officer at area51?

It is not slander by the newspaper. They are merely quoting what the police
said to them.
You should sue the police spokesperson and the prosecutor.

You want to see the same **** being done against me?
Look up "Richard Bullis FAQ".
Read it, then compare the original posts to what was written.

People take lines from the Bible and use those lines for their benefit.
They are banking on the fact that you won't look it up to see what the facts
are.

Like the well known phrase, "The person on the right has the right of way".
Fact is, that applies in only one case, not all cases.

Slander, or libel, is the act of printing or saying things about a person
YOU KNOW for a fact is untrue.
You know John Doe is a happily married man and has 10 kids.
You print, "I know John Doe is gay".
That is libel.

"I can't prove it but I know John Doe killed Jane Doe."
That is not necessarily libel or slander, but the damage is done.

A man was raked through the coals for being accused of molesting a child in
the Boy Scouts.
When he was found innocent, he looked right at the tv cameras and asked,
"Now who do I see about getting my reputation back?"

TV and newspapers are rarely found guilty of libel or slander. As they are
technically reporting what is in the public domain. If you can prove what
they said in every respect is false, then go for it and be done with it.
Unless you can prove damage was done by the statements, chances are you
won't win.
But that's for the jury to decide.
