This e-mail/post will contain information regarding psychotronic
weaponry. Hopefully it will help people under attack learn what is
being done to them and/or help those not under attack understand what
psychotronic weaponry is. Most if not all of what will be contained in
this and maybe subsequent e-mails/posts consists of information that I
previously wrote and sent in e-mails or posted elsewhere. Some of it
may look like it was part of an exchange with someone, that is because
it was. I do ask that anyone reading takes the time to read it all
before responding. Please. I will be sending this to literally
hundreds of people. Also it may be helpful in understanding this to
have a basic knowledge of evoked potentials. Some of the patents that
will be included, along with a brief synopsis of how they would or
could apply to the psychotronic weaponry written by myself, go into
this pretty well. I will start with some basics about the learning
process.

That written, the "sub-conscious" is nothing more than something that
has been learned by someone, (or in some cases programmed into
someone), that they don't have to think about (consciously try) to
accomplish. Heart beat, breathing, walking (once learned and provided
no injuries happen to necessitate re-learning), reading, etc. However,
the brain functions relating to these activities still occur, i.e.
your heart will not beat without the electrical impulses from your
brain (the few beats that may occur due to habituation of muscle
contraction sometimes occur, but will cease after a couple). As the
brain and nervous systems develop (read about DNA, which is nothing
more than a chain of elements, on your own), which said development
being chemical interactions between elements and what supplies the
electrical impulses to the nervous system as a sort of kick start.
This is also when the development of a defense mechanism against
interference waveforms starts, if it didn't then the fetus would be
nothing more than a part of the same organism as the mother. The
mother's womb is basically a life support system or extra-venous
feeding tube supplying elements for the chemical interactions to
occur. The ‘kicking' or movement of the fetus inside the womb is the
fetus's nervous system developing and an electrical impulse or
impulses reaching the muscle system causing a reaction and can also be
a response to an external stimulus (or sensory input) reaching the
fetus. At birth a child's brain starts receiving and processing other
sensory input in response to external stimuli. Crawling and walking
are things that are learned , usually aided by visual stimuli of
seeing someone or something else moving and trying to mimic them or
it, but once learned and repeated don't have to be thought out to
accomplished. Talking would be an example of both sub-conscious and
conscious processes. Once someone learns how to pronounce or say the
words then they don't have to consciously think about doing so,
however someone can consciously think about what words to use or if
that someone chooses to respond with words or not. A child can learn
to mimic words before it learns either their definitions or their
spelling. This happens due to the child's brain comparing (or
correlating) the auditory evoked potentials that occur from it hearing
itself to the auditory evoked potentials that occur from hearing what
the child is trying to mimic or imitate. (This is also how an
impressionist would learn to imitate others). This would also be how
someone learns to think to themselves which IS unvoiced speech. The
brain correlates all evoked potentials from sensory inputs. Also a
child may learn the meaning, to a certain extent, of some simplistic
words before learning to spell or read through what is known as
conditioned response. In other words, if said child makes a certain
sound then a certain effect may happen. For example, the child yells
"ma" or "mom" and someone responds then the child will associate one
with the other. So if its mother responds then the child associates
the two, but by the same effect if said child yelled "ma" or "mom" and
the father responds this would then be what the child will associate
with said noise until taught the definitions of the words. By
associate I mean this is the set of evoked potentials through sensory
input (whether an auditory, visual or other response was made) that
the child's brain will correlate with the evoked potentials from the
sound that it made. If the child could actually think the words to
make this association, then said child would also be able to say the
words and would also know what the words meant.

Emotions come from how someone perceives an external stimulus, or how
they have been programmed to perceive said stimulus. A simple "No" may
cause a child, or in some cases an adult, to become angry or sad when
in fact it may have been very beneficial, i.e. reaching for something
on the stove, grabbing for a sharp object, etc. This is also from the
conditioned response thing where the child's brain has already
associated reaching for something with getting it especially in a
child where the definitions of various objects or what they do has not
yet been learned. Fear would be an emotion that can be caused by an
absence of external stimuli, however this only happens when external
stimuli have been present before. Once someone has learned how to
think to themselves or how to visualize something in their brain,
which also happens due to the association of evoked potentials that
occur in someone's brain to various external stimuli, then this can
sometimes also be a way for a person to change their emotions. This
however is also causing an emotion in response to a stimulus. Again,
neither thoughts nor emotions transfer by any kind of brain
projection. A couple of examples: Someone you enjoy seeing or talking
to arrives where you are or phones you. This stimulus in turn evokes
potentials in your brain which your brain associates with pleasant
emotions. At which point you become happy or glad, however this person
is in a bad mood or as some call it a ‘negative' emotional state. You
are happy, they are not. This person then tells you why they are not
happy which in turn changes your emotional state in response to the
evoked potentials from the external stimulus (the other person's
story). The emotional change occurring due to the association of your
brain with the evoked potentials from the story or due to the evoked
potentials from the stimulus of seeing someone that is usually
associated with good emotions not in a good mood. This would also
apply if say someone that you don't like enters wherever you are. You
were in a good mood, but in response to said stimulus (the person
entering) and the processes mentioned above an emotional change
occurs. Even if the person you don't like is in a very good mood. This
would also be why a scenario like the one just mentioned can cause a
brief emotional response to just the person entering while not
changing someone's entire mood.

All brain functions can be recorded. By the way, 25 microvolts written
in numerals is .000025 of 1 volt, or in fractional terms 25/1000000th
of 1 volt. Do you really think that the ‘people' (I use the term
loosely) that took part in MKUltra style atrocities using psychoactive
and psychotropic drugs were not recording the brainwave patterns and
frequencies of their guinea pigs or victims? Note the article's
mention of the psychoactive effects of the broadcasts. And also the
effects mentioned when the power was increased and applied directly to
the head of the ‘subject' via surface electrodes. So basically the
‘authentic' sensitives were entraining their own brains into a
psychoactive state. This also coincides with stuff like vision quests,
white lights near death and the like. Again when entering this
psychoactive state, the people doing so are only going to ‘see' what
has been programmed into them that they will. Even if said programming
(or database, which would not contain any ‘answers' that would go
against whatever cult brainwashing they have been deluded by) includes
options, they will ‘see' what they wanted to see before they entered
said state. This could also be called self-induced hallucination, or
could be referred to as their own brain providing the suggestion when
entering into said ‘hypnotic' state. Now as for the specific
frequencies mentioned in the article, there are several mentions to
higher frequencies being used for entrainment to aid in brainwashing,
brain programming or behavioral modification in the patent list that I
posted/e-mailed. Whether electromagnetic, visual or auditory and with
or without subliminals or supraliminals. That also applies to training
someone to self-induce the ‘meditative' states.

As for what happens with brainwave entrainment, whatever device that
is used for the entrainment be it visual, auditory, tactile
electromagnetic, etc. overrides the frequency or frequencies occurring
in a person's brain and forces that person's brain into a different
frequency. That is why it can be used on people that are unaware that
someone is attacking them. Even when said frequency forcing is felt by
the person under attack. Personally as I take no psychoactive or
psychotropic drugs (never will) that would either mask the attacks or
aid in them, some of them even admit to heightening someone's level of
susceptibility to suggestion, I can feel the alterations in the
frequencies used to attack me. It is not pleasant and this would also
be a cause of the headaches that people under attack get when their
brain fights against the entrainment.

For those that think that psychotronic weaponry in some way has to do
with paranormal or supernatural falsities, you are wrong. If it was
impossible to pick up the evoked potential patterns of someone without
being in contact with that person, then an MRI machine would not be
able to do so.

The brainwave entrainment discs that people advertise are an aid in
the mind control, if not a mind control device in themselves. In
several of the patents in the list, they are referred to as such. This
runs from the behavior modification patents to the subliminal
programming and self-induced hypnotherapy patents. In those patents
the brainwave entrainment is used to make someone more susceptible to
suggestion. So if using them makes people think that they are fighting
the psychotronic attacks, they are not. The brainwave entrainment
devices may in some regard make it harder for the psychotronic attacks
to influence mood with various frequency entrainments, however they
would make it easier for subliminal programming of someone. They may
(probably would) even aid in masking some of the psychotronic attacks.
This would also become less noticeable if one becomes relaxed through
a device or method that is falsely advertised as being good for them.
There are also several references in the patents to habituation being
caused by the brainwave entrainment devices and methods. These methods
and devices can also be zeroed in on by the psychotronic weaponry as
per the frequencies created in someone's brain. Especially if someone
was being remote neural monitored, since after the first time the
device or method is used they would know exactly what frequency to
turn their weaponry to. This in turn would then allow the attackers to
get to said frequency and use it to entrain someone's brain before the
entrainment method or device could. So the person under attack would
then think that the attack wasn't happening and thus become even more
susceptible to suggestion. This type of attack creating a false sense
of security in someone. This effect could also be done if entrainment
devices or methods were used as an aid in falling asleep or in
maintaining the sleep state. The entrainment devices or methods could
also be doing some of the attackers work for them. The above
statements apply whether the methods or devices are audio, visual,
self-induced or electronic or electromagnetic in nature. At this
point, I would also like to point out that the statement that I sent
to the company that sold an electronic mind control device would also
apply if I caught someone using any form of entrainment device on me.
I would defend myself with lethal force.


The following paragraph is an excerpt from an article written
by Robert C. Beck in 1978: (*NOTE I do not support the psychic garbage
contained in the aforementioned article.)
ELF fields of 6.67 Hz, 6.26 Hz and lower tend to produce
symptoms of confusion, anxiety, depression, tension, fear, mild nausea
and headaches, cholinergia, arthritic-like aches, insomnia, extended
reaction times, hemispheric EEG desynchronization, and many other
vegetative disturbances.

The above paragraph is in reference to entrainment. Taking into
account that the above paragraph was written in 1978 and add the
‘research' (if you want to call it that) attacks since, it may (is on
some of the patents) be possible to cause the above mentioned effects
with evoked potentials also. Adverse effects are not limited to the
frequencies mentioned above either. And entrainment tapes are well
known to have subliminal messaging in them as well as the frequency
entrainment.

The next part goes into time frames involved in the attacks.

Electromagnetic waves (radio waves, microwaves, infrared, visible and
ultraviolet radiation, X-rays, gamma rays, and cosmic rays - in order
of decreasing wavelengths) NOTE decreasing wavelength does not mean
decreasing speed of waves. This applies in a vacuum as external
influences may effect the speed and direction of different
electromagnetic waves differently. The following chart uses the speed
of visible electromagnetic radiation or light. Chart will vary
depending on how precise of an initial measurement of 1 light year
that you use (I used the measurement 5.88 x 10 to the 12th power from
the dictionary I have). Note, I also rounded off a year to 365 days,
which doesn't account for the extra 1/4th day every year, in these
extrapolations.

If you want to make your own chart, the process goes: year to day
divide by 365, day to hour divide by 24, hour to minute divide by 60,
minute to second divide by 60, others multiply by number in first
chart. To convert miles to feet multiply by 5280, feet to inches
multiply by 12. Again numbers will vary depending on how precise you
want to get. The next set of figures uses 8,000 miles as the diameter
of the earth and 3.14 as pi. These figures will also vary depending on
how precise you want to get.

8,000 miles = diameter of earth
3.14 = pi
circumference = diameter x pi
25,120 miles = circumference of earth

Then by using the speed of light per second and dividing by the
circumference of the earth, electromagnetic visible radiation would
theoretically travel around the earth 7.422515 times in one second.
Again this would occur at the equator at sea level under ideal
conditions and with electromagnetic waves following the curvature of
the earth. But consider that at a 50% loss of efficiency the waves
would still travel around the earth 3.7112575 times in one second.
Using these figures, 1 trip around the earth in one second would
require only 13.5% efficiency. This also means that at 1,000 miles
away, under ideal conditions, the electromagnetic wave would reach you
in .005363265 of one second or if rounded off 5/1000th of one second.
And if you convert miles per second to kilometers per second (I'll use
1 mile = 1.6 kilometer) you get 298,325.7228 kilometers per second.
This means a single wavelength would reach you from 298,325.7228
kilometers away in 1 second. Which in turn means that a continuous
pulse of say millimeter waves lasting 1 second would be 298,325.7228
kilometers long. Well there are 1,000,000 millimeters in 1 kilometer.
Which means that a 1 second continuous pulse of millimeter sized
electromagnetic waves would contain 298,325,722,800 wavelengths. Or a
pulse of millimeter waves lasting 1/1,000,000th of 1 second (a
microsecond) would contain 298,325.7228 millimeter wavelengths, under
ideal conditions. But again at only
10% efficiency, move the decimal point one space to the left. Again,
under ideal conditions, if every millimeter wave contained only 1 bit
of data then 298,325.7228 millimeter waves would contain 37.29071535
kilobytes of data. (I use the term data to describe the words, lyrics,
or images used in the attacks). 1 byte = 8 bits, 1 kilobyte = 1000
bytes. That's at the microsecond pulse level. You can apply the above
processes to figure out any wavelength or data quantities.

This begins the added on part. (The above was written first then
extrapolated on with the rest). I used millimeter wave as an example
only. A little more on the time frames. At 100 miles, the time
required for the transmission to reach its target would be .0005363265
of 1 second or 5/10000th of 1 second or if you prefer 1/1860th of 1
second. The time frames listed here, in conjunction with the patent on
conceptual thought and a computer that could do say 1,000,000
calculations per second (slow computer), could lead someone to believe
time travel or psychic type crap was involved. Neither of which is
possible or exist. This is especially true in people that already
believe that type stuff. This type of attack may only take 1,000
calculations per second. This means the remote monitoring attack
broadcast (using 100 miles) would reach the person under attack in
1/1860th of 1 second. Said broadcast would then continue on (or they
may use secondary
transmission simultaneously) to receiver also 100 miles away in
1/1860th of 1 second. Using the slow computer reference above, the
computer could do the 1,000 calculations in 1/1000th of 1 second. This
would then be transmitted back to the person under attack in 1/1860th
of 1 second. Using the above mentioned .0005363265 (rounded off to
..0005363 due to calculator using) and multiplying by 3 (to person,
back, to person again) comes to .0016089 of 1 second. Adding in .001
(for the computer calculation time) comes to .00260889 of 1 second. It
takes longer to say or even to think (unspoken words) the word one
than the entire process as described. This also applies in the patent
3951134 where the monitoring would already be going on and the first
transmission would be the standard signal. Either way is possible, but
the latter is the more likely. This could also vary depending on
amount of data (specific evoked potentials in response to specific
stimuli) that the attackers have accumulated on an individual under
attack. This could also be coupled with or contained in a
predictability or probability type program which again will take less
time the more repetitions (attacks) performed and data collected. The
time frames would also apply to the brain to brain scenarios. Taking
into account the above time frames, this would be how the attackers
would or could cause the appearance of someone having the symptoms of
so-called ADD or ADHD. By basically just jumping around to various
torture vectors within each individual's torture routine. The torture
vectors refer to various gates being opened within a computer program
thus causing the computer to take that direction (vector) sub-routine.
There is also a patent in the list that will follow that goes into how
these programs can update the torture routines themselves, or
basically use new words, phrases, and images placed into the
pre-existing routines or sub-routines or even create new sub-routines
within a sub-routine. The amount of these would vary from individual
to individual as needed for the attackers to achieve their ‘targeted'
results. The predictability or probability programs could also be used
with or contained within the programs for the patents that monitor
‘interest' (or dis-interest) in what they are attacking someone with.
These patents basically translate into monitoring the effectiveness of
various torture tactics and responsiveness to programming and could
simply be part of a bigger program containing all of the above and
more. The patent for the 3 brain architecture gives pretty good
descriptive information on Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) and other
artificial intelligence program capabilities. The virtual reality
type patents go into using evoked potentials to control specific and
sometimes numerous avatars (characters) in both 2 and 3 dimensional
virtual space. Turned around this basically means that a human or
computer could control the avatars on their monitor creating the
movements of the images used in the torture attacks. This would also
allow the computer to generate 2 or 3 dimensional view of what someone
under attack sees (sound also fits this) by the use of the above
program/s that that translate the specific evoked potentials from the
attacks. Again taking into account the above time frames, this would
be very, very close to real time. There is also a patent that uses a
television monitor for a display device that could be used in the
aforementioned manner. A couple of the patents describe how the scenes
on the displays can be edited and manipulated to create different
scenes containing things from the monitoring process or to add things
to them or to create entirely new scenarios from the evoked
potentials. The patents also mention monitoring someone for the evoked
potentials due to subliminal messaging. All of the above can be used
with the mood manipulation (brainwave entrainment).

The following goes into various electromagnetic pulses and how they
might apply to the psychotronic attacks. All frequencies mentioned are
meant as an example not as a definite description of what is being
used.

Three varieties of electromagnetic pulses are the on/off type, the
power surge type and the modulation pulse. The on/off type can be
described as flipping a light switch on and off or having a computer
controlled time between the on and off phases of the transmission,
which in turn can also be time-varying. Time-varying simply means that
the amount of time in either the on or the off mode can be variable.
Examples: 1 second on followed by one second off then one-half second
on followed by one-half second off, or one-half second on followed by
one and one-half second off, etc. Any amounts of time can be used as
long as not continuously repetitive. (Frequency varying would be the
same except substituting frequency for time, and both can be used at
once.) A laser turned on then off again, regardless of time left on,
would/could be an example of this type of pulse weapon. This also
applies to visual entrainment devices and visual sub/supraliminal
devices. (Which should all be classified as weapons and banned in my
opinion.)

The power surge pulse is actually a combination of a continuous wave
transmission and intermittent pulses or power surges along the same
frequency. Said power surges may also be time-varying. Note the
frequency of a transmission is not dependent upon the power level of
the transmission. The power surge would follow the directionality of
the original continuous wave transmission. An example would be, a
doctor using a medical laser (which is defined as an optical maser).
The doctor first turning the laser on at a low power setting to locate
the spot where he/she wants to begin cutting, then when said spot
located turning the power setting up to where cutting will begin. The
size of the laser ‘beam' and frequency remaining constant due to the
ability of the apparatus used to focus the ‘beam' at both the lower
and higher power settings. This would apply regardless if the
frequency used were within the visible spectrum range or not. Another
example being a radio or television broadcast, increasing or
decreasing the power level of the transmissions will not change either
the frequency or the ‘information' modulated onto said transmission.
This type of pulse can also be applied to entrainment.

The modulation pulse simply being the broadcast of an electromagnetic
wave on one frequency with no modulation, then at intervals
broadcasting the same frequency and same power level just with
‘information' modulated onto it.

A couple of quick definitions before I go into how the various pulses
could be applied to the psychotronic weaponry.

1. Standing wave – This is actually a contradiction in terms. A wave
transmission will not stop until it dissipates, loses energy or is
acted upon by an external force. In other words, if someone broadcast
1 wavelength of any frequency then stopped the transmission, the wave
or wavelength would not remain stationary. A continuous broadcast on
the same frequency with nothing acting upon it will follow the same
wave shape, thus producing what may appear as a standing wave form.
However, the energy is moving in the wave shape in the direction of
the broadcast. The wave shape or form is simply being re-supplied with
energy.

2. Standing field – This occurs when a field is created between two or
more objects and said field does not extend beyond said objects. The
intensity of this field may or may not change, however the waves
(energy along the wave forms) in said field are in motion. This field
also occurs around a single object that has been supplied with energy
and emits continuous waves from it. This standing field occupies the
space around the object that the waves extend to before dissipation.

3. Scalar wave – This is again a contradiction in terms. Wave implies
motion. While certain parts or descriptions of them may be scalar
quantities, the wave itself is not unless used to describe the number
of waves. The intensity or power level of the wave can be described as
a scalar quantity, (1 watt). The frequency of the wave (10 Hz) could
again be described as a scalar quantity. All waves however, have
direction. This would also apply to the description of a pulse.

The electromagnetic pulses as would/could apply to the psychotronic
weaponry. Note the frequencies mentioned are examples. The specific
evoked potential modulation applies both the on/of and the power surge
type pulses and also to the continuous broadcast used in the power
surge type pulse. Entrainment with the on/off pulse can occur due to
the frequency of the pulse, provided it is within the frequencies that
human brainwaves are, or can occur due to the pulse frequency
(repetition rate). For example, pulses with a 10 Hz frequency pulsed
at a repetition rate that someone's brain interprets as an 8Hz
stimulation would result in entrainment to the 8Hz frequency. *(This
is along the same lines as visual or auditory entrainment, as neither
entrains someone's brain to the frequency of the stimulus, light or
sound, but to the frequency or repetition rate of the stimulus
application.) The above mentioned entrainment could also occur due to
the 10Hz pulses being modulated with specific evoked potentials
patterns which the persons' under attack brains would then interpret
as an 8Hz repetition rate stimulus or stimuli. Use of the evoked
potentials modulated onto broadcasts also leads to the use of
sub/supraliminal placement of specific evoked potentials within the
aforementioned evoked potentials. For example if images (evoked
potentials corresponding to) were used in attacking someone, then by
placing an image every so many ‘frames' (modulation patterns) like
sub/supraliminals in a television broadcast. Which also can be used as
a method of entrainment. This also leads to a fourth type of pulse. A
power surge within a pulse type of attack. Or if you prefer, turning
on at one power level then increasing/decreasing the power level then
returning to original power level then turning off. Which could be
done on a microsecond level within a millisecond pulse.

The power surge on a continuos wave pulse would be much the same as
above. For example a 25Hz continuous wave could have power surge
pulses that would entrain someone's brain to the repetition rate of
the pulses. Or if you prefer, even though entrainment would occur with
the continuous wave 25Hz broadcast (to 25Hz), the repetition rate of
the power surge pulses would override that entrainment and cause
entrainment to the repetition rate of the pulses. This would be
especially true when the pulses were modulated with specific evoked
potentials which would act like a localized stimulus effect on the
person under attack with the evoked potentials.

The modulation pulse could also be used similar to the other pulse
types. This could also be used to attack more than one person at a
time on the same frequency, as each person's brain will only decipher
the specific evoked potentials attributed to it. A rough comparison
would be like the antenna for wireless internet usage. The same
antenna can be used to both receive and transmit a thousand or more
signals at once which will only be interpreted by a specific computer.
Many of the computers will use the same frequency but will have their
own specific signals. (*NOTE by receive I mean receive the remote
neural monitoring signal/s)


Those are some things to consider for detecting the broadcasts. For
said detection purposes, seeing the images or displaying the words or
turning back into sound from a speaker is not needed, though can be
done. What is needed is a way to correlate the broadcasts to what
occurs in the brain of the person under attack. So starting with the
device in patent number 6377833 (or similar) or an EEG machine with
electrode placement to monitor all or, at least, most parts of the
brain at once and a computer program similar to the one in the patent
above. Also a program to display the mapping of the EEG signals in the
brain. This should at least give a starting or reference point for
detection of the broadcasts. This would also be of use in detecting
the remote neural monitoring frequency that occurs and goes back to
the attackers, which again would also aid in determining the frequency
or frequencies of the attacks. Use of various forms of electromagnetic
shielding would also narrow down the possibilities and could be used
in a 1 layer at a time approach to monitor any changes or just all at
once. There were several devices and modifications to them mentioned
in the patent list and follow-ups to it, and there are probably
hundreds of others, to aid in the detection of the incoming and
outgoing frequencies and their intensity levels. The above patent
states that it can register different intensities for correlation to
the broadcasts. The computer should also be able to overlay any
modulated signals from the detected broadcasts to then correlate with
the signals from monitoring the brain. Any broadcasts meant to
interfere with the process could also be detected and filtered out in
the computer. The correlation process does not have to be done in
real-time at first, (meaning correlating as it happens, as the signals
would have to be time matched). As a sampling of the brain signals can
be stored in the computer along with all of the signals detected and
then the computer can be used to analyze and compare. This will then
lead to frequency detection and then real-time comparison. This would
also aid in detecting any frequency hopping. Again once the signal
frequencies have been detected triangulation is a pretty simple
process, and could be done with the help of someone located a distance
from the first place given the proper frequency, intensity and phase
detectors.

Now for the above mentioned patents followed by the mentioned list.
There are many other patents that are along the lines of the ones in
the list. I start with some that would/could explain how the weaponry
is used to attack people. The patents mentioned for detection of the
attacks are towards the end of this section. Each will have the patent
number followed by the patent title and the dates when filed and when
granted. (month and year only). I encourage anyone reading to read the
patents in their entirety.

3951134 – Apparatus and method for remotely monitoring and altering
brainwaves. Filed August 1974, Granted April 1976. This one is pretty
much self-explanatory. It does show the need for the users to attack
someone first. It also shows the ability to monitor the entire brain
at once.

4158196 – Man – machine interface. Filed April 1977, Granted June
1979. 1st paragraph under background of the invention, in the first
sentence, replace the word direct with remote and electrical with
electromagnetic. The impulses or action potentials as the patent
states that are picked up by electrodes in the trapezius muscles are
action potentials or impulses that originate in the brain before
traversing the nervous system to the trapezius muscles.

4140997 – Brainwave responsive programmable electronic visual display
systems. Filed July 1977, granted February 1979. Makes reference to
3951134, so it can be used with or as a part of. It leaves plenty of
room to develop it further than as it is described within the patent
when it uses the 1-N bit references for colors, motions or movements,
and shapes for the display and for evoked potential correlation. Can
be used as a brainwave entrainment device with light.

5230344 – Evoked potential processing system with spectral averaging,
adaptive averaging, two-dimensional filters, electrode configuration
and method thereof. Filed July 1992, granted July 1993. Shows ways to
collect, identify and store in memory various evoked potentials. Done
through use of real time correlation of pre-determined stimuli and
evoked potential responses. This is a cause – effect type scenario.
Pre – determined could be anything from radio and television programs
to ‘street theater'. This could also be done with remote neural
monitoring and storage of what was monitored then correlating this
with say a video camera from work, all that would be needed is an
exact time frame of a known occurrence within the video to go from, in
either direction, with what was earlier recorded. Can also collect,
identify and store evoked potentials from more than one area of the
brain simultaneously. Also goes into varying frequencies of stimuli,
i.e. brightness or volume. This would/ could account for ‘whisper'
type attacks and vary degrees of clarity and shading in the image
attacks. Take into account a much better computer being used.

6397188 – Natural language dialogue system automatically continuing
conversation on behalf of a user who does not respond. Filed July
1999, granted May 2002. This one in the context of the psychotronic
weaponry, relates to a torture technique and should be applied to
evoked potentials also. When used with or within a predictability or
probability computer program type scenario it would/could result in
the illusion of so-called psychic phenomena. Might also aid in the
illusion of time travel. Especially when the pre-determined response
time is set to zero or close to it. This one also applies to creating
the appearance of schizophrenic and/or ADD type disorders in that if
the memory space allotted for the ‘conversation' was set at a small
level thus causing it to jump to a different line of ‘conversation'
when limit reached. Same if time limit for ‘conversation' was set at a
short limit. Could also be adapted to change ‘conversation' direction
(open or go through a different gate) when various words were input.

6615197 – Brain programmer for increasing human information processing
capacity. Filed March 2000, granted September 2003. This one pretty
much states that auditory, visual or other types of entrainment
devices can be used to effect memory and cognition (learning process).
Shows that knowledge exists to program memory (human) and some of what
can be used to do so. Used as a part of the psychotronic weaponry it
would/could create false memory and/or reinforce previously programmed
delusions. The claims read like an instruction manual for a
brainwashing program. It flat out states that it programs ‘ triggers'
associated with bringing back an implanted memory. This one could
easily be adapted to the psychotronic attacks.

6488617 – Method and device for producing a desired brain state. Filed
October 2000, granted December 2002. Desired by whom? This one states
that entrainment can be done through magnetic fields and pulses. It
also refers to ‘other' means of collecting the EEG, EMG or MRI data
and feeding to a computer. The QEEG as mentioned might be a way to aid
in the detection of the psychotronic attacks. Paragraph 2 under
background of the invention: Kind of ironic that the patent claims to
fight against what it was found at least 65 years before (Luxemborg
effect) and documented 25 years before (Beck article) that
electromagnetic entrainment causes. This patent is basically about
mood alteration. * Have encyclopedia entry on TMS that does mention
adverse effects. This patent also states that a computer can run the
entrainment system.

4085740 – Method for measuring physiological parameters. Filed March
1966 (This may be typo from patent site), granted April 1978.
Different frequency and/or power level, this is a microwave weapon.

6102847 – Bio-feedback process and device for affecting the human
psyche. Filed June 1998, granted August 2000. Goes into measuring
action potentials on surface of skin. Also states that artificial
neural networks can learn what pisses someone off or not. The next to
last page, page 12, contains a reference to remote activation of
medicaments by either a person monitoring the computer or the computer
doing it itself.

4834701 – Apparatus for inducing frequency reduction in brain wave.
Filed July 1985, granted May 1989. Entrainment device and method using
audible sound. Does not go into programming with it as it is a
relatively short patent.

5649061 – Device for estimating a mental decision. Filed May 1995,
granted July 1997. Assigned to Army. As applied to the remote
monitoring, the filtering process mentioned would be how the attackers
(human or computer) would/could be able to ascertain the line of
sight, visual fixation or even the pupil sizes. This goes back to the
action potentials. This patent also goes into extracting single evoked
potentials from a field of view, or if you prefer a plurality of
evoked potentials. Goes into regression analysis for determination of
specific evoked potentials (means using previously monitored and
recorded evoked potentials and comparing them to determine what a
specific evoked potential translates to). Background of the invention,
paragraph 2 omitted use as a ‘trigger' type mechanism in a torture
routine in a computerized or a human controlled torture device.

5392788 – Method and device for interpreting concepts and conceptual
thought from brainwave data and for assisting for diagnosis of
brainwave dysfunction. Filed February 1993, granted February 1995.
Translates to the people with the psychotronic weaponry being able to
use the psychotronic weaponry to attack someone and record the spatial
potentials and evoked potentials that are responses to the attacks.
Becomes a thought reading machine with enough attacks. This one also
corresponds to radio, television or ‘street theater' being able to be
used as a system to present stimuli. Also goes into the vectors used
in an artificial neural network for storing data and interpreting
thought. States that the EEG and the SP's and EP's are the same
whether a person is picturing something in their mind or viewing the
actual picture. This would be the same when someone thinks (unvoiced
speech) as when they hear themselves say it out loud or when someone
else says it with variances for tone, pitch and volume. It also says
the same EEG's , SP's or EP's occur in someone's brain whether they
read the word dog or see an actual dog as their brain interprets dog
the same from either. This one also states that if used in the
weaponry, the attackers would know exactly what if any brain
dysfunction they would be causing. Goes into a sort of behavior
modification when a person doesn't think what it wants them to.

6536440 – Method and system for generating sensory data onto the human
neura cortex. Filed October 2000, granted March 2003. Pretty much
self-explanatory. Again use of sound whether below audible, audible,
or above audible frequencies would require close proximity or line of
sight. Does show that pretty much anything put into a computer can be
used for what is transmitted into the brain by the psychotronic
attacks.

5213562 – Method of inducing mental, emotional and physical states of
consciousness including specific mental activity in human beings.
Filed April 1990, granted May 1993. Basically a brain programmer using
audible sound entrainment and someone else's EEG patterns subliminally
with/in the audible sound. Like most of the other patents, it doesn't
go into the ‘other' frequencies, as if the ones it uses weren't bad
enough anyway. Does go into previous research a little. Gives credit
to H.W. Dove for discovering binaural beat phenomena in 1839,
basically means he named it as it was already occurring. Also states
that what is described in the patent worked better on naïve subjects,
which translates into non-consensual human experimentation.

4008714 - Brainwave correlation system and method of delivering a
recorded program of material educational in content. Filed February
1976, granted February 1977. Shows that meditative states aid in brain
programming. Another example of someone pushing parapsychology to get
specimens for their experiments. Correlates EEGs to sound or visual
entrainment aids.

5159703 - Silent subliminal presentation system. Filed December 1989,
granted October 1992. Brain programmer with or without entrainment.
States that it can be used when other sounds are present. Shows how to
detect it. Can be stopped by use of earplugs that stop frequencies
used from entering ear. Also this would show up on EEGs as evoked
potentials even being subliminal.

6565504 - Method and apparatus to create and induce self-created
hypnosis. Filed January 2001, granted May 2003. References in
background of the invention to the mass produced hypnosis devices can
and/or are brainwave entrainment devices with/without script built in
subliminally or aloud and also would include the supposed self-help
type programming tapes. The comments apply to all brainwave
entrainment with or without technological aids. Also note the
reference to drug induced hypnotic states, which would be the
psychotropic and psychoactive drugs. Also note the term "any other
means" when entering data into the computer program. This program
queries the user, the psychotronic weaponry would have the queries
built into it at its end and would be able to build specific torture
routines (scripts) from various effects it receives through the remote
neural monitoring process. This would be within the capabilities of
most artificial neural networks. There is also a reference to the
routines or scripts being delivered back to the user (person under
attack in the psychotronic scenario) by "any other means".

6128527 - Apparatus and method of analyzing electrical brain activity.
Filed December 1997, granted October 2000. Fairly self-explanatory.
Does mention electromagnetic communication between implanted
microelectrode and receiver. Also goes into brain mapping, or if you
prefer brain activity mapping. Uses microelectrodes in or on brain as
opposed to earlier skin electrodes. Everything listed could also be
done with remote neural monitoring.

5788648 - Electroencephalographic apparatus for exploring responses to
quantified stimuli. Filed March 1997, granted August 1998. Another
example of monitoring specific response to stimulus and correlating
them. Does mention ‘other' types of sensing apparatus and ‘other'
means for applying stimuli. Mentions correlating different responses,
using evoked potentials, to different forms of stimuli. Depending on
the extent of data stored in the memory system, this would/could be
how the attackers see and hear what the person under attack sees and
hears. Would also apply to other sensory inputs. Mentions other
impressions (brainwave signals in response to) magnetic, electric,
temperature, etc. Also mentions real time electromagnetic
transmissions of the data and mentions satellites.

6097981 – Electroencephalograph based biofeedback system and method.
Filed December 1997, granted August 2000. Not in previous list. States
at least one EEG signal encoded/embedded/modulated onto an infra-red
(some infra-red wavelengths fall under the radio frequency wavelength
description also) signal and transmitted to a computer. Shows that a
computer is quite capable of comparing EEG signals (various potentials
included) with previously attained ones. Shows that a computer can
manipulate a display for output back to a person (or images used in
the psychotronic attacks based on the analysis of the EEG signals).
Also goes into using two images, one that the user (person under
attack) is supposed to concentrate on and one for distraction
purposes. (Good guy – bad guy routine) States that there is a ‘reward'
type scenario for concentrating on the image that the computer (or
human controlling the system) wants the user (person under attack) to
concentrate on.

5279305 – Electroencephalograph incorporating at least one wireless
link. Filed August 1992, granted January 1994. Not on previous list/s.
Uses telemetry method for transmitting signals. Uses conventional
computer controlled broadcast television tuner.

4926969 – Sensory driven controller. Filed November 1988, granted May
1990. Not on previous list/s. Another version of picking out a
specific evoked potential from a group of evoked potentials in
response to a plurality of stimuli and using it to control a device.

4495950 – QREEG process matrix synchronizer system. Filed January
1983, granted January 1985. Not on previous list/s. Mentions that it
has military applications. Monitors sleep-dream state EEGs, EKGs, etc.
Goes along with using artifacts filtered out of EEG and interpreting
them or using them to monitor other physiological functions and also
all brain functions at one time to determine entire surroundings.

5023783 - Evoked response audiometer for testing sleeping subjects.
Filed June 1990, granted June 1991. Shows monitoring capability while
sleeping. Says can use sound to cause evoked potentials while someone
is sleeping. (Falling asleep with radio or television on is not a good
idea). This type of thing could be used early in the attacks to get
some evoked responses to use for other attacks.

5370126 – Method and apparatus for 3-dimensional mapping of evoked
potentials. Filed March 1993, granted December 1994. Refers to a
continuous or ‘movie' type displaying of the evoked potentials. This
particular patent as is, refers more to displaying where in the brain
that the evoked potentials start and the paths that they take through
the brain. Add in the aforementioned interpretation programs for
color, shape, motion, contrast, etc. for visual and tone, pitch,
volume, etc. for sound and basically someone would/could see and hear
whatever someone they would be attacking with the psychotronic
weaponry sees and hears in a movie or continuous display format. Might
be able to use this patent in a detection device, or this patent might
also add in the misdiagnosis with proof of being attacked.

6466185 – Multi-planar volumetric display system and method of
operation using psychological vision cues. Filed August 2001, granted
October 2002. Funded by DARPA. Modify what the patent says to use the
data stream from the remote neural monitoring as its input data
stream. This patent says it does what it does with a 195 MHz
processor. Hmm, I think DARPA has some faster ones. Can be used to
generate virtual reality or holographic displays from separated and
processed EEG stream/s (separating various potentials and ‘noise' and
interpreting them). Basically the psychological cues that the patent
makes reference to in order to generate the displays, would
approximate what the Brain programmable display system does with
evoked potentials to create a display.

5840040 – Encephalolexianzlizer. Filed December 1992, granted November
1998. Funded by the Dept. of Energy for Lawrence Livermore National
Laboratory. States that by monitoring the brainwaves they can tell if
someone is moving or if thinking of moving, or if someone not moving
or nor thinking of moving. Says uses the frequency power spectrum of
brainwaves which could be detected remotely with the psychotronic
weaponry also. If this were used as a part of the psychotronic
attacks, it would/could cause fear, stress and/or the illusion of
psychic abilities (which do not exist), time travel (impossible), etc.
Would/could also add to the paranoia scenario as it would make someone
feel as if they were being watched.

6547746 – Method and apparatus for determining thresholds. Filed
August 2001, granted April 2003. Pretty much straight forward. It goes
into measuring EEG and what can be derived from it for responses to
external stimuli like non-visible light, electromagnetic, magnetic,
electrical, etc. Gives brief descriptions on a number of other
patents. Uses recurrence quantitization analysis. Basically ties
anyone remote neural monitoring anyone in with or knowing about and
covering up for any other electromagnetic, magnetic or subliminal
attacks done on that person.

4289121 – Method for controlling functional state of central nervous
system and device for effecting same. Filed September 1979, granted
September 1981. Another entrainment device using audible and/or visual
methods. Granted to a person in Soviet Union. Shows Soviets researched
control through entrainment and ‘biorythms' in late 1970s also.

6011991 – Communication system and method including brainwave analysis
and/or brain activity. Filed December 1998, granted January 2000.
Brain to computer link, or brain to computer to brain link when a part
of the psychotronic weaponry. States that literally thousands of
people's brainwaves can be monitored and stored in same place. Again
take into account speed and available memory of computer being used to
do so. In other words, by cross referencing different people's
brainwaves the create the illusion of mind reading.

4736751 – Brainwave source network scanning system and method. Filed
December 1986, granted April 1988. Funded by Air Force. Way to monitor
brain evoked potentials and evoked magnetic fields. Could easily be
used with or as a part of the remote neural monitoring part of the
psychotronic weaponry.

4819648 – Non-invasive electromagnetic technique for monitoring
time-trends of physiological changes at a particular location in the
brain. Filed September 1987 granted April 1989. Funded by the Navy.
Uses electromagnetic fields to measure electrical resistivity changes
in brain matter and fluid.

3892227 – System for stimulation and recording of neurophysiologic
data. Filed March 1973, granted July 1975. First paragraph under
background of the invention, first sentence states that using EEGs and
stimuli correlated together to collect evoked potential data was done
in the 1950s. The patent is for remote gathering of EEG data in
response to stimuli and sending said data to a central facility for
processing by a computer. It uses a lot of the same procedures listed
in later patents for gathering evoked potential data. Leave out the
magnetic tape and put in electromagnetic transmissions and add the
remote neural monitoring and it is an early brain to computer to brain
device using specific evoked potentials and other brainwave data
(artifacts). It also suggests that someone could be attacked locally
and the data transmitted back to a central facility until enough
information was gathered to attack them from the central facility. Or
even that the attacks could be done locally with a central facility
controlling them (this would require a slight additional time frame
for the receiving and retransmitting of the brainwave data). This
patent also lists a paper on a study done in Japan that was written in
1968 about this type of experiment (the experiment as mentioned in the
patent). It also says that these type of experiments were performed on
infants. And also that a lot of this experimentation was done in
so-called Third World countries and that the findings of the
experiment was made available to interested organizations.

3886314 – No hands voice instruction for EEG telemetering system.
Filed September 1973, granted May 1975. States that the EEG data from
8 (or as many as used) different electrodes could be modulated
separately onto different carrier waves and sent through a phone line
to be recombined (or even left as is) in a computer for analysis.
Another form of remote neural monitoring. Also refers to inverting and
non-inverting signals nullifying each other.

3117571 – Production of reversible changes in living tissue by
ultrasound. Filed February 1957, granted January 1964. States that to
use ultrasound, the bone in the way needs to be removed. This patent
would not work for the psychotronic effects, unless the ultrasound was
modulated in some way and used on someone before their skull had
hardened or become fully formed (grew together). Or during a process
where the skull had already been removed. Does say that irreversible
changes can be accomplished with the devices and methods as listed in
this patent. Mentions that ultrasound can not be used when a space
containing gas (air or other) is in its path in the way mentioned in
the patent. Also says that it can be used to suppress electrical
activity in the brain when the above conditions are met.

Couple of definitions.

Ultrasound – Is usually used in reference to sound waves above the
threshold of human hearing. Technically it can be used to describe
anything traveling faster than the speed of sound waves, but usually
is the first.

Hypersonic and Supersonic – Would be the opposite usage, usually in
reference to anything faster than the speed of sound waves but can be
used to mean above the threshold of human hearing.

The following is about patents all filed by the same person. Titles
omitted, but are in patents list.

5995954 – Funded by DARPA. Filed March 1992, granted November 1999.
This one is a computer program for a neural network memory. The rest,
5782874, 5800481, 5935054, 6017302, 6091994, 6238333, and 6506148 all
deal with various forms of nervous system manipulation. Basically they
deal with subliminal brainwave entrainment. The patents go into
pulsative, thermal, electrical, magnetic, electromagnetic, and
acoustical ways of doing this. The author refers to creating ‘sensory
resonances' by subliminally manipulating the various presentation
methods described above and using them on other parts of the body away
from the brain. This sends impulses to the brain and entrains it to
the frequencies stated in the patents. The patents read like most
other entrainment devices or methods. In the patents there are no
mentions of any EEGs or other monitoring devices being used. Some of
the patents state that they may have uses in the ‘non-lethal' weapons
area. All of the patents tend to stick to the same two frequencies for
their effects (at ½ Hz a person would be almost literally brain dead
and at 2.4 Hz a person would be little more than comatose). Only one
of them mentions any malicious uses, 6506148. The ones that the MPRII
guidelines would apply to, state that they can be used for
manipulation of someone's nervous system and still comply with those
guidelines. A couple of the patents mention the elapsed time before
the mentioned effects occur, this happens with all entrainment
devices. The patents are an example of causing some physiological
effects through the subliminal entrainment. The frequencies as stated
above should be taken into account when reading the list of effects
caused by the various forms of the subliminal entrainment. Most of the
effects sound like things that happen when someone is close to death.

6577132 - Passive system for the detection and indication of
non-ionizing electromagnetic radiations and static electricity. Filed
November 2001, granted June 2003. May be effective for blocking
emissions in the area that would interfere with detecting the
psychotronic attacks. Should be adaptable for detection of the entire
range of non-ionizing electromagnetic radiations. Goes into effects of
electromagnetic radiation on humans. Does say it needs to be used in
conjunction with a radiation measuring device. Mentions use with a
computer to display readings.

6377833 - System and method for computer input of dynamic mental
information. Filed September 1999, granted April 2002. This would be a
very effective aid in the detection of the psychotronic attacks.
Unfortunately, it would also need to be used in conjunction with a
system that detects the broadcasts and correlates them what it does,
otherwise it would probably be used to misdiagnose someone under
attack. This patent also describes what is (or could be) done with the
data collected from remote neural monitoring pretty well. The patent
specifically states that other forms of brain-scanning devices may be
used instead of MRI. The physiological responses mentioned in the
patent would be the electrical impulses in the brain that correspond
directly to the evoked potentials in an EEG reading. The patent also
mentions that it can be used for more than one area of the brain at a
time or all at once. The 3d to 2d (d = dimensional) would mean they
could view it like a television screen. However this could also be
turned right back into 3d for display in a virtual reality type of
system or can even use both together as described in other patents on
the list.

5512823 - Electromagnetic field detector for detecting electromagnetic
field strength in an extremely low frequency band and a very low
frequency band. Filed December 1993, granted April 1996. Is a device
for determining electromagnetic field strength within certain
frequency bands, not for determining exact frequency. Might work as
part of an overall system to detect the psychotronic attacks. If
nothing else it would help to point out things that would interfere
with detection of the psychotronic attacks. Narrowing the bands as
described or adding additional bands to the ones listed, say .001 Hz
to 12 Hz for example, and a dial to dial in the specific frequencies
and lowering the flux density levels measured to say femtoteslas or
adding this as a separate option may aid in the detection of
psychotronic attacks. Use of a computer to scan the frequencies and
store the readings in memory or display and/or print out with an
appropriate filtering device to remove the fields generated by the
computer and other electronic devices, which could already be measured
with the device, would also help. Use of a second computer measuring
and correlating the above with an EEG reading of the person under
attack would be of use also. The patent basically describes a smoke
detector or smaller sized device for detecting said electromagnetic
field strength, which should in my opinion be just as mandatory
(voluntarily or not) in multiple family dwellings as a smoke detector
for safety concerns as also mentioned in the patent.

4591788 - Magnetic field sensing device. Filed September 1982, granted
May 1986. Says it is capable of detecting magnetic fields in the .001
Hz to 6 Hz frequency range. Basically just detects that the magnetic
field is there and sounds like something from a Junior High or High
School general science class demonstration.
4752730 - Radiation monitor diode detector with constant efficiency
for both CW and pulsed signals. Filed October 1985, granted June 1988.
Funded by Dept. of Navy. A device and/or method to make radio
frequency detection apparatuses more reliable for detection of pulsed
and/or variable continuous electromagnetic waves. Coupled with the
modified version (or version as stated) in patent 5512823 should be
able to detect field strength of said pulsed or variable continuous
waves and the frequency of them.

5627521 - Personal microwave and radio frequency detector. Filed March
1994, granted May 1997. Assigned to U.S.A. represented by Sec. of
Navy. Hearing aid modified to detect microwave and radio frequencies.
States that the frequency range can be adjusted from what is used as
an example in the patent. Also states that it uses a pre-determined
threshold for intensity, but does not mention what level, and says
that that would also be adjustable. Refers to "input modulated
signals". Does say that it detects the pulsed repetition rate of
microwave signals. Also says it can detect radar signals at great
distances. Modified with or used with some of the other patents, might
be effective for detecting psychotronic attacks.

5394164 - Human equivalent antenna for electromagnetic fields. Filed
July 1992, granted February 1995. Would depend on how sensitive it
could be made and extent of frequency range it could be modified to
detect as to whether or not it would be useful in detecting
psychotronic attacks. Also whether or not it could be hooked up to a
computer for comparisons of readings.

5204613 - RF power sensor having improved linearity over greater
dynamic range. Filed May 1991, granted April 1993. Again, coupled with
a computer that could scan the frequencies and store the readings in
memory and modified to detect the pulsed or variable continuous waves
might be useful in detection of the psychotronic attacks. The patent
says that the device can be built with a variety of different parts.
Also says that it can be modified with more detector diodes in series
which should increase both sensitivity and accuracy.

4198596 - Device for direct and continuous receiving and measuring of
electrical, magnetic, and acoustic signals. Filed October 1977,
granted April 1980. Assigned to Societe Nationale Elf Aquitaine
(production) in France. Device for scanning low frequencies (says
between 10 Hz and 250 KHz) of electromagnetic waves either natural or
artificial. Says a "direct and continuous receiving and measuring
device". Does show that scanning for said low frequencies was done in
the 1970s.

6411104 - Apparatus and method for detecting electromagnetic wave
source, and method for analyzing the same. Filed April 2000, granted
June 2002. Device for detecting an electromagnetic wave, measuring its
intensity and using a triangulation method for determining where said
electromagnetic wave is emanating from. Larger scale for psychotronic
attacks maybe. As is would be useful for detecting attacks on
electronic equipment in home or office by electromagnetic weaponry.

5666105 - Personal radiation hazard meter. Filed March 1996, granted
September 1997. Detects electromagnetic radiation intensity levels.
Does detect .01 milliwatts per centimeter squared level. May be useful
as part of detection system.

5458142 - Device for monitoring a magnetic field emanating from an
organism. Filed March 1993, granted October 1995. References the
3951134 patent for remote monitoring. Device that may aid in detecting
the so-called retransmission in that patent. Goes into ‘aura' and
‘therapeutic touch' type BS, but the sensing device and filtering
means may be useful in detecting the psychotronic attacks. The patent
also mentions using electromagnetic radiation to effect (attack)
someone. Again notice the absence of EEG or other monitoring
equipment. If used with said EEG and appropriate computer programs
(mentioned in other patents) could be used as a psychotronic weapon
with evoked potentials.

5256968 - Portable dual band electromagnetic field radiation
measurement apparatus. Filed April 1991, granted October 1993. Device
measures intensity levels of all frequencies contained in a complex
electromagnetic field including pulsed fields. States that it measures
Elf 1 – 1000 Hz and Vlf 10 – 500 KHz ranges. Adapted for the decimal
place frequency measurements (.001, 6.26, etc) might aid in isolation
of psychotronic frequencies.

The next part contains a way to prove that electromagnetic broadcasts
can be modulated to represent evoked potential patterns that occur in
the human brain. It will also show that said evoked potentials can be
manipulated before the broadcasts as is done in the attacks. This can
be accomplished without actually attacking someone.

I will start with a list of equipment that will be needed.

3 computers with visual displays (monitors) or speakers depending on
stimulus used. These computers only need to be able to run basic
evoked potential correlation software and display EEG readings. 1 of
them needs to be able to work in conjunction with broadcasting
equipment to transmit the broadcasts, the other two will need to be
able to work with receiving equipment to pick-up the transmissions.

1 EEG machine with computer compatibility. NOTE, an MRI machine may be
substituted for the EEG machine, however they do require the
irradiation of the person being monitored.

1 broadcasting apparatus that works in conjunction with a computer to
modulate the evoked potential data onto the electromagnetic radiation
transmissions. For purposes of this demonstration, the range of the
transmissions need only be about 20 to 50 feet.

2 receiving apparatuses that work in conjunction with a computer to
decipher the above mentioned transmissions.

1 or more individuals to participate in the demonstration. This would
probably work better if the participants were not already being
attacked by the psychotronic weaponry.

Correlation software for at least two of the computers or as mentioned
later possibly for all three. This software either needs to include a
pre-programmed stimulus package or be adaptable to work with one.

After setting up the equipment mentioned, place the electrodes from
the EEG machine up to one of the participants. Using the computer that
will be at the transmission end, begin the pre-programmed stimulus
package and the correlation process. The stimulus package may need to
be repeated for the correlation process. For this demonstration, only
one type of stimulus (auditory, visual, tactile, etc) needs to be
used. The stimulus does however need to correspond to the area of the
brain being monitored by the EEG machine. Once the correlation process
is completed, unhook the participant from the EEG machine. During the
correlation process, a secondary display can be set up to show what is
being correlated and/or how the process works. The data recorded
should be saved to a disc and then loaded into the computer with the
correlation program or one of the computers if both have the software.
At this point, the computer used for correlation in conjunction with
the transmission equipment would begin modulating the electromagnetic
transmission with the evoked potential patterns and begin broadcasting
to the other computers and their receiving equipment. The receiving
computer that has the specific evoked potential data loaded from the
previously mentioned disc would then be able to display the received
signals and what they correspond to in the pre-programmed stimulus
package. The other receiving computer with or without the correlation
software will not be able to display the corresponding stimulus from
the pre-programmed package to the electromagnetic transmissions that
were modulated with the evoked potential patterns without the data
from the previously mentioned disc being loaded into it. The person
running the demonstration could then also change the order that the
electromagnetic transmissions are modulated in the specific evoked
potential patterns from what corresponded to the stimulus package.
This in turn would show up on the receiving computer that was loaded
with the data from the disc. Said demonstrator could then also
manipulate the evoked potential data in the first computer to change
the appearance from the stimulus package. Along the lines of using the
data obtained to transmit a different set of evoked potentials, which
for example purposes would make a black square from the stimulus
package into a green square and a green circle from the stimulus
package into a black circle. Which in turn, would be displayed on the
receiving computer with the data from the disc loaded into it. The
psychotronic weaponry is capable of doing a lot more than this
unfortunately. The third computer mentioned can be made to display the
signals that it receives, much like an EEG display, or could be used
just to show that the signals would be ‘noise' to it. By using the
third computer with the correlation software, one could then load the
specific evoked potential data from two separate individuals into the
separate receiving computers. The first computer could then be used to
transmit the different patterns in pulses which would only be
deciphered by the computer with the corresponding data from the discs.
For this demonstration, I would suggest using frequencies that would
not affect the participants unless giving them full warning and having
their consent. All data obtained should be promptly destroyed after
the demonstration.


The rest of this e-mail/post will contain some other methods to
possibly try.

Using an EEG machine hooked up to broadcasting equipment and one
hooked up to receiving equipment. Just to show that the
electromagnetic transmissions can be modulated with evoked potential
patterns. This method could also be used with varying transmission
strength to see if able to pick-up without the receiving equipment or
just by the electrode sensors.

Using an EEG machine with broadcasting equipment to see if the
modulations could be picked up on a MRI machine. Broadcasting the
modulated electromagnetic waves into the MRI to see if it picks them
up. Again using various power levels for the transmissions.


In summary, I hope this helps to clarify that the technology does
indeed exist to carry out the psychotronic attacks. I also hope that
this clears up, or at least points out, a lot of the misinformation
about what can and can not be done with the technology.

Hopefully it will help people under attack learn what is being done to them and/or help those not under attack understand what psychotronic weaponry is. Most if not all of what will be contained in this and maybe subsequent e-mails/posts consists of information that I previously wrote and sent in e-mails or posted elsewhere. Some of it may look like it was part of an exchange with someone, that is because it was. I do ask that anyone reading takes the time to read it all before responding. Please. I will be sending this to literally hundreds of people. Also it may be helpful in understanding this to have a basic knowledge of evoked potentials. Some of the patents that will be included, along with a brief synopsis of how they would or could apply to the psychotronic weaponry written by myself, go into this pretty well. I will start with some basics about the learning process. That written, the "sub-conscious" is nothing more than something that has been learned by someone, (or in some cases programmed into someone), that they don't have to think about (consciously try) to accomplish. Heart beat, breathing, walking (once learned and provided no injuries happen to necessitate re-learning), reading, etc. However, the brain functions relating to these activities still occur, i.e. your heart will not beat without the electrical impulses from your brain (the few beats that may occur due to habituation of muscle contraction sometimes occur, but will cease after a couple). As the brain and nervous systems develop (read about DNA, which is nothing more than a chain of elements, on your own), which said development being chemical interactions between elements and what supplies the electrical impulses to the nervous system as a sort of kick start. This is also when the development of a defense mechanism against interference waveforms starts, if it didn't then the fetus would be nothing more than a part of the same organism as the mother. The mother's womb is basically a life support system or extra-venous feeding tube supplying elements for the chemical interactions to occur. The ‘kicking' or movement of the fetus inside the womb is the fetus's nervous system developing and an electrical impulse or impulses reaching the muscle system causing a reaction and can also be a response to an external stimulus (or sensory input) reaching the fetus. At birth a child's brain starts receiving and processing other sensory input in response to external stimuli. Crawling and walking are things that are learned , usually aided by visual stimuli of seeing someone or something else moving and trying to mimic them or it, but once learned and repeated don't have to be thought out to accomplished. Talking would be an example of both sub-conscious and conscious processes. Once someone learns how to pronounce or say the words then they don't have to consciously think about doing so, however someone can consciously think about what words to use or if that someone chooses to respond with words or not. A child can learn to mimic words before it learns either their definitions or their spelling. This happens due to the child's brain comparing (or correlating) the auditory evoked potentials that occur from it hearing itself to the auditory evoked potentials that occur from hearing what the child is trying to mimic or imitate. (This is also how an impressionist would learn to imitate others). This would also be how someone learns to think to themselves which IS unvoiced speech. The brain correlates all evoked potentials from sensory inputs. Also a child may learn the meaning, to a certain extent, of some simplistic words before learning to spell or read through what is known as conditioned response. In other words, if said child makes a certain sound then a certain effect may happen. For example, the child yells "ma" or "mom" and someone responds then the child will associate one with the other. So if its mother responds then the child associates the two, but by the same effect if said child yelled "ma" or "mom" and the father responds this would then be what the child will associate with said noise until taught the definitions of the words. By associate I mean this is the set of evoked potentials through sensory input (whether an auditory, visual or other response was made) that the child's brain will correlate with the evoked potentials from the sound that it made. If the child could actually think the words to make this association, then said child would also be able to say the words and would also know what the words meant. Emotions come from how someone perceives an external stimulus, or how they have been programmed to perceive said stimulus. A simple "No" may cause a child, or in some cases an adult, to become angry or sad when in fact it may have been very beneficial, i.e. reaching for something on the stove, grabbing for a sharp object, etc. This is also from the conditioned response thing where the child's brain has already associated reaching for something with getting it especially in a child where the definitions of various objects or what they do has not yet been learned. Fear would be an emotion that can be caused by an absence of external stimuli, however this only happens when external stimuli have been present before. Once someone has learned how to think to themselves or how to visualize something in their brain, which also happens due to the association of evoked potentials that occur in someone's brain to various external stimuli, then this can sometimes also be a way for a person to change their emotions. This however is also causing an emotion in response to a stimulus. Again, neither thoughts nor emotions transfer by any kind of brain projection. A couple of examples: Someone you enjoy seeing or talking to arrives where you are or phones you. This stimulus in turn evokes potentials in your brain which your brain associates with pleasant emotions. At which point you become happy or glad, however this person is in a bad mood or as some call it a ‘negative' emotional state. You are happy, they are not. This person then tells you why they are not happy which in turn changes your emotional state in response to the evoked potentials from the external stimulus (the other person's story). The emotional change occurring due to the association of your brain with the evoked potentials from the story or due to the evoked potentials from the stimulus of seeing someone that is usually associated with good emotions not in a good mood. This would also apply if say someone that you don't like enters wherever you are. You were in a good mood, but in response to said stimulus (the person entering) and the processes mentioned above an emotional change occurs. Even if the person you don't like is in a very good mood. This would also be why a scenario like the one just mentioned can cause a brief emotional response to just the person entering while not changing someone's entire mood. All brain functions can be recorded. By the way, 25 microvolts written in numerals is .000025 of 1 volt, or in fractional terms 25/1000000th of 1 volt. Do you really think that the ‘people' (I use the term loosely) that took part in MKUltra style atrocities using psychoactive and psychotropic drugs were not recording the brainwave patterns and frequencies of their guinea pigs or victims? Note the article's mention of the psychoactive effects of the broadcasts. And also the effects mentioned when the power was increased and applied directly to the head of the ‘subject' via surface electrodes. So basically the ‘authentic' sensitives were entraining their own brains into a psychoactive state. This also coincides with stuff like vision quests, white lights near death and the like. Again when entering this psychoactive state, the people doing so are only going to ‘see' what has been programmed into them that they will. Even if said programming (or database, which would not contain any ‘answers' that would go against whatever cult brainwashing they have been deluded by) includes options, they will ‘see' what they wanted to see before they entered said state. This could also be called self-induced hallucination, or could be referred to as their own brain providing the suggestion when entering into said ‘hypnotic' state. Now as for the specific frequencies mentioned in the article, there are several mentions to higher frequencies being used for entrainment to aid in brainwashing, brain programming or behavioral modification in the patent list that I posted/e-mailed. Whether electromagnetic, visual or auditory and with or without subliminals or supraliminals. That also applies to training someone to self-induce the ‘meditative' states. As for what happens with brainwave entrainment, whatever device that is used for the entrainment be it visual, auditory, tactile electromagnetic, etc. overrides the frequency or frequencies occurring in a person's brain and forces that person's brain into a different frequency. That is why it can be used on people that are unaware that someone is attacking them. Even when said frequency forcing is felt by the person under attack. Personally as I take no psychoactive or psychotropic drugs (never will) that would either mask the attacks or aid in them, some of them even admit to heightening someone's level of susceptibility to suggestion, I can feel the alterations in the frequencies used to attack me. It is not pleasant and this would also be a cause of the headaches that people under attack get when their brain fights against the entrainment. For those that think that psychotronic weaponry in some way has to do with paranormal or supernatural falsities, you are wrong. If it was impossible to pick up the evoked potential patterns of someone without being in contact with that person, then an MRI machine would not be able to do so. The brainwave entrainment discs that people advertise are an aid in the mind control, if not a mind control device in themselves. In several of the patents in the list, they are referred to as such. This runs from the behavior modification patents to the subliminal programming and self-induced hypnotherapy patents. In those patents the brainwave entrainment is used to make someone more susceptible to suggestion. So if using them makes people think that they are fighting the psychotronic attacks, they are not. The brainwave entrainment devices may in some regard make it harder for the psychotronic attacks to influence mood with various frequency entrainments, however they would make it easier for subliminal programming of someone. They may (probably would) even aid in masking some of the psychotronic attacks. This would also become less noticeable if one becomes relaxed through a device or method that is falsely advertised as being good for them. There are also several references in the patents to habituation being caused by the brainwave entrainment devices and methods. These methods and devices can also be zeroed in on by the psychotronic weaponry as per the frequencies created in someone's brain. Especially if someone was being remote neural monitored, since after the first time the device or method is used they would know exactly what frequency to turn their weaponry to. This in turn would then allow the attackers to get to said frequency and use it to entrain someone's brain before the entrainment method or device could. So the person under attack would then think that the attack wasn't happening and thus become even more susceptible to suggestion. This type of attack creating a false sense of security in someone. This effect could also be done if entrainment devices or methods were used as an aid in falling asleep or in maintaining the sleep state. The entrainment devices or methods could also be doing some of the attackers work for them. The above statements apply whether the methods or devices are audio, visual, self-induced or electronic or electromagnetic in nature. At this point, I would also like to point out that the statement that I sent to the company that sold an electronic mind control device would also apply if I caught someone using any form of entrainment device on me. I would defend myself with lethal force. The following paragraph is an excerpt from an article written by Robert C. Beck in 1978: (*NOTE I do not support the psychic garbage contained in the aforementioned article.) ELF fields of 6.67 Hz, 6.26 Hz and lower tend to produce symptoms of confusion, anxiety, depression, tension, fear, mild nausea and headaches, cholinergia, arthritic-like aches, insomnia, extended reaction times, hemispheric EEG desynchronization, and many other vegetative disturbances. The above paragraph is in reference to entrainment. Taking into account that the above paragraph was written in 1978 and add the ‘research' (if you want to call it that) attacks since, it may (is on some of the patents) be possible to cause the above mentioned effects with evoked potentials also. Adverse effects are not limited to the frequencies mentioned above either. And entrainment tapes are well known to have subliminal messaging in them as well as the frequency entrainment. The next part goes into time frames involved in the attacks. Charts for reference - can be applied to any measurement (time, distance, mass, etc.) Prefixes Atto = 1/1000000000000000000th or .000000000000000001 Femto = 1/1000000000000000th or .000000000000001 Pico = 1/1000000000000th or .000000000001 Nano = 1/1000000000th or .000000001 Micro = 1/1000000th or .000001 Milli = 1/1000th or .001 Centi = 1/100th or .01 Deci = 1/10th or .1 No prefix = 1 Electromagnetic waves (radio waves, microwaves, infrared, visible and ultraviolet radiation, X-rays, gamma rays, and cosmic rays - in order of decreasing wavelengths) NOTE decreasing wavelength does not mean decreasing speed of waves. This applies in a vacuum as external influences may effect the speed and direction of different electromagnetic waves differently. The following chart uses the speed of visible electromagnetic radiation or light. Chart will vary depending on how precise of an initial measurement of 1 light year that you use (I used the measurement 5.88 x 10 to the 12th power from the dictionary I have). Note, I also rounded off a year to 365 days, which doesn't account for the extra 1/4th day every year, in these extrapolations. Distance 5,880,000,000,000 miles = 1 light year 16,109,589,040 miles = 1 light day 671,232,876.6 miles = 1 light hour 11,187,214.61 miles = 1 light minute 186,453.5768 miles = 1 light second 18,645.35768 miles = 1 light decisecond 1,864.535768 miles = 1 light centisecond 186.4535768 miles = 1 light millisecond ..1864535768 miles = 1 light microsecond = 984.47488 feet ..0001864535768 miles = 1 light nanosecond = .98447488 feet = 11.81369856 inches If you want to make your own chart, the process goes: year to day divide by 365, day to hour divide by 24, hour to minute divide by 60, minute to second divide by 60, others multiply by number in first chart. To convert miles to feet multiply by 5280, feet to inches multiply by 12. Again numbers will vary depending on how precise you want to get. The next set of figures uses 8,000 miles as the diameter of the earth and 3.14 as pi. These figures will also vary depending on how precise you want to get. 8,000 miles = diameter of earth 3.14 = pi circumference = diameter x pi 25,120 miles = circumference of earth Then by using the speed of light per second and dividing by the circumference of the earth, electromagnetic visible radiation would theoretically travel around the earth 7.422515 times in one second. Again this would occur at the equator at sea level under ideal conditions and with electromagnetic waves following the curvature of the earth. But consider that at a 50% loss of efficiency the waves would still travel around the earth 3.7112575 times in one second. Using these figures, 1 trip around the earth in one second would require only 13.5% efficiency. This also means that at 1,000 miles away, under ideal conditions, the electromagnetic wave would reach you in .005363265 of one second or if rounded off 5/1000th of one second. And if you convert miles per second to kilometers per second (I'll use 1 mile = 1.6 kilometer) you get 298,325.7228 kilometers per second. This means a single wavelength would reach you from 298,325.7228 kilometers away in 1 second. Which in turn means that a continuous pulse of say millimeter waves lasting 1 second would be 298,325.7228 kilometers long. Well there are 1,000,000 millimeters in 1 kilometer. Which means that a 1 second continuous pulse of millimeter sized electromagnetic waves would contain 298,325,722,800 wavelengths. Or a pulse of millimeter waves lasting 1/1,000,000th of 1 second (a microsecond) would contain 298,325.7228 millimeter wavelengths, under ideal conditions. But again at only 10% efficiency, move the decimal point one space to the left. Again, under ideal conditions, if every millimeter wave contained only 1 bit of data then 298,325.7228 millimeter waves would contain 37.29071535 kilobytes of data. (I use the term data to describe the words, lyrics, or images used in the attacks). 1 byte = 8 bits, 1 kilobyte = 1000 bytes. That's at the microsecond pulse level. You can apply the above processes to figure out any wavelength or data quantities. This begins the added on part. (The above was written first then extrapolated on with the rest). I used millimeter wave as an example only. A little more on the time frames. At 100 miles, the time required for the transmission to reach its target would be .0005363265 of 1 second or 5/10000th of 1 second or if you prefer 1/1860th of 1 second. The time frames listed here, in conjunction with the patent on conceptual thought and a computer that could do say 1,000,000 calculations per second (slow computer), could lead someone to believe time travel or psychic type crap was involved. Neither of which is possible or exist. This is especially true in people that already believe that type stuff. This type of attack may only take 1,000 calculations per second. This means the remote monitoring attack broadcast (using 100 miles) would reach the person under attack in 1/1860th of 1 second. Said broadcast would then continue on (or they may use secondary transmission simultaneously) to receiver also 100 miles away in 1/1860th of 1 second. Using the slow computer reference above, the computer could do the 1,000 calculations in 1/1000th of 1 second. This would then be transmitted back to the person under attack in 1/1860th of 1 second. Using the above mentioned .0005363265 (rounded off to ..0005363 due to calculator using) and multiplying by 3 (to person, back, to person again) comes to .0016089 of 1 second. Adding in .001 (for the computer calculation time) comes to .00260889 of 1 second. It takes longer to say or even to think (unspoken words) the word one than the entire process as described. This also applies in the patent 3951134 where the monitoring would already be going on and the first transmission would be the standard signal. Either way is possible, but the latter is the more likely. This could also vary depending on amount of data (specific evoked potentials in response to specific stimuli) that the attackers have accumulated on an individual under attack. This could also be coupled with or contained in a predictability or probability type program which again will take less time the more repetitions (attacks) performed and data collected. The time frames would also apply to the brain to brain scenarios. Taking into account the above time frames, this would be how the attackers would or could cause the appearance of someone having the symptoms of so-called ADD or ADHD. By basically just jumping around to various torture vectors within each individual's torture routine. The torture vectors refer to various gates being opened within a computer program thus causing the computer to take that direction (vector) sub-routine. There is also a patent in the list that will follow that goes into how these programs can update the torture routines themselves, or basically use new words, phrases, and images placed into the pre-existing routines or sub-routines or even create new sub-routines within a sub-routine. The amount of these would vary from individual to individual as needed for the attackers to achieve their ‘targeted' results. The predictability or probability programs could also be used with or contained within the programs for the patents that monitor ‘interest' (or dis-interest) in what they are attacking someone with. These patents basically translate into monitoring the effectiveness of various torture tactics and responsiveness to programming and could simply be part of a bigger program containing all of the above and more. The patent for the 3 brain architecture gives pretty good descriptive information on Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) and other artificial intelligence program capabilities. The virtual reality type patents go into using evoked potentials to control specific and sometimes numerous avatars (characters) in both 2 and 3 dimensional virtual space. Turned around this basically means that a human or computer could control the avatars on their monitor creating the movements of the images used in the torture attacks. This would also allow the computer to generate 2 or 3 dimensional view of what someone under attack sees (sound also fits this) by the use of the above program/s that that translate the specific evoked potentials from the attacks. Again taking into account the above time frames, this would be very, very close to real time. There is also a patent that uses a television monitor for a display device that could be used in the aforementioned manner. A couple of the patents describe how the scenes on the displays can be edited and manipulated to create different scenes containing things from the monitoring process or to add things to them or to create entirely new scenarios from the evoked potentials. The patents also mention monitoring someone for the evoked potentials due to subliminal messaging. All of the above can be used with the mood manipulation (brainwave entrainment). The following goes into various electromagnetic pulses and how they might apply to the psychotronic attacks. All frequencies mentioned are meant as an example not as a definite description of what is being used. Three varieties of electromagnetic pulses are the on/off type, the power surge type and the modulation pulse. The on/off type can be described as flipping a light switch on and off or having a computer controlled time between the on and off phases of the transmission, which in turn can also be time-varying. Time-varying simply means that the amount of time in either the on or the off mode can be variable. Examples: 1 second on followed by one second off then one-half second on followed by one-half second off, or one-half second on followed by one and one-half second off, etc. Any amounts of time can be used as long as not continuously repetitive. (Frequency varying would be the same except substituting frequency for time, and both can be used at once.) A laser turned on then off again, regardless of time left on, would/could be an example of this type of pulse weapon. This also applies to visual entrainment devices and visual sub/supraliminal devices. (Which should all be classified as weapons and banned in my opinion.) The power surge pulse is actually a combination of a continuous wave transmission and intermittent pulses or power surges along the same frequency. Said power surges may also be time-varying. Note the frequency of a transmission is not dependent upon the power level of the transmission. The power surge would follow the directionality of the original continuous wave transmission. An example would be, a doctor using a medical laser (which is defined as an optical maser). The doctor first turning the laser on at a low power setting to locate the spot where he/she wants to begin cutting, then when said spot located turning the power setting up to where cutting will begin. The size of the laser ‘beam' and frequency remaining constant due to the ability of the apparatus used to focus the ‘beam' at both the lower and higher power settings. This would apply regardless if the frequency used were within the visible spectrum range or not. Another example being a radio or television broadcast, increasing or decreasing the power level of the transmissions will not change either the frequency or the ‘information' modulated onto said transmission. This type of pulse can also be applied to entrainment. The modulation pulse simply being the broadcast of an electromagnetic wave on one frequency with no modulation, then at intervals broadcasting the same frequency and same power level just with ‘information' modulated onto it. A couple of quick definitions before I go into how the various pulses could be applied to the psychotronic weaponry. 1. Standing wave – This is actually a contradiction in terms. A wave transmission will not stop until it dissipates, loses energy or is acted upon by an external force. In other words, if someone broadcast 1 wavelength of any frequency then stopped the transmission, the wave or wavelength would not remain stationary. A continuous broadcast on the same frequency with nothing acting upon it will follow the same wave shape, thus producing what may appear as a standing wave form. However, the energy is moving in the wave shape in the direction of the broadcast. The wave shape or form is simply being re-supplied with energy. 2. Standing field – This occurs when a field is created between two or more objects and said field does not extend beyond said objects. The intensity of this field may or may not change, however the waves (energy along the wave forms) in said field are in motion. This field also occurs around a single object that has been supplied with energy and emits continuous waves from it. This standing field occupies the space around the object that the waves extend to before dissipation. 3. Scalar wave – This is again a contradiction in terms. Wave implies motion. While certain parts or descriptions of them may be scalar quantities, the wave itself is not unless used to describe the number of waves. The intensity or power level of the wave can be described as a scalar quantity, (1 watt). The frequency of the wave (10 Hz) could again be described as a scalar quantity. All waves however, have direction. This would also apply to the description of a pulse. The electromagnetic pulses as would/could apply to the psychotronic weaponry. Note the frequencies mentioned are examples. The specific evoked potential modulation applies both the on/of and the power surge type pulses and also to the continuous broadcast used in the power surge type pulse. Entrainment with the on/off pulse can occur due to the frequency of the pulse, provided it is within the frequencies that human brainwaves are, or can occur due to the pulse frequency (repetition rate). For example, pulses with a 10 Hz frequency pulsed at a repetition rate that someone's brain interprets as an 8Hz stimulation would result in entrainment to the 8Hz frequency. *(This is along the same lines as visual or auditory entrainment, as neither entrains someone's brain to the frequency of the stimulus, light or sound, but to the frequency or repetition rate of the stimulus application.) The above mentioned entrainment could also occur due to the 10Hz pulses being modulated with specific evoked potentials patterns which the persons' under attack brains would then interpret as an 8Hz repetition rate stimulus or stimuli. Use of the evoked potentials modulated onto broadcasts also leads to the use of sub/supraliminal placement of specific evoked potentials within the aforementioned evoked potentials. For example if images (evoked potentials corresponding to) were used in attacking someone, then by placing an image every so many ‘frames' (modulation patterns) like sub/supraliminals in a television broadcast. Which also can be used as a method of entrainment. This also leads to a fourth type of pulse. A power surge within a pulse type of attack. Or if you prefer, turning on at one power level then increasing/decreasing the power level then returning to original power level then turning off. Which could be done on a microsecond level within a millisecond pulse. The power surge on a continuos wave pulse would be much the same as above. For example a 25Hz continuous wave could have power surge pulses that would entrain someone's brain to the repetition rate of the pulses. Or if you prefer, even though entrainment would occur with the continuous wave 25Hz broadcast (to 25Hz), the repetition rate of the power surge pulses would override that entrainment and cause entrainment to the repetition rate of the pulses. This would be especially true when the pulses were modulated with specific evoked potentials which would act like a localized stimulus effect on the person under attack with the evoked potentials. The modulation pulse could also be used similar to the other pulse types. This could also be used to attack more than one person at a time on the same frequency, as each person's brain will only decipher the specific evoked potentials attributed to it. A rough comparison would be like the antenna for wireless internet usage. The same antenna can be used to both receive and transmit a thousand or more signals at once which will only be interpreted by a specific computer. Many of the computers will use the same frequency but will have their own specific signals. (*NOTE by receive I mean receive the remote neural monitoring signal/s) Those are some things to consider for detecting the broadcasts. For said detection purposes, seeing the images or displaying the words or turning back into sound from a speaker is not needed, though can be done. What is needed is a way to correlate the broadcasts to what occurs in the brain of the person under attack. So starting with the device in patent number 6377833 (or similar) or an EEG machine with electrode placement to monitor all or, at least, most parts of the brain at once and a computer program similar to the one in the patent above. Also a program to display the mapping of the EEG signals in the brain. This should at least give a starting or reference point for detection of the broadcasts. This would also be of use in detecting the remote neural monitoring frequency that occurs and goes back to the attackers, which again would also aid in determining the frequency or frequencies of the attacks. Use of various forms of electromagnetic shielding would also narrow down the possibilities and could be used in a 1 layer at a time approach to monitor any changes or just all at once. There were several devices and modifications to them mentioned in the patent list and follow-ups to it, and there are probably hundreds of others, to aid in the detection of the incoming and outgoing frequencies and their intensity levels. The above patent states that it can register different intensities for correlation to the broadcasts. The computer should also be able to overlay any modulated signals from the detected broadcasts to then correlate with the signals from monitoring the brain. Any broadcasts meant to interfere with the process could also be detected and filtered out in the computer. The correlation process does not have to be done in real-time at first, (meaning correlating as it happens, as the signals would have to be time matched). As a sampling of the brain signals can be stored in the computer along with all of the signals detected and then the computer can be used to analyze and compare. This will then lead to frequency detection and then real-time comparison. This would also aid in detecting any frequency hopping. Again once the signal frequencies have been detected triangulation is a pretty simple process, and could be done with the help of someone located a distance from the first place given the proper frequency, intensity and phase detectors. Now for the above mentioned patents followed by the mentioned list. There are many other patents that are along the lines of the ones in the list. I start with some that would/could explain how the weaponry is used to attack people. The patents mentioned for detection of the attacks are towards the end of this section. Each will have the patent number followed by the patent title and the dates when filed and when granted. (month and year only). I encourage anyone reading to read the patents in their entirety. 3951134 – Apparatus and method for remotely monitoring and altering brainwaves. Filed August 1974, Granted April 1976. This one is pretty much self-explanatory. It does show the need for the users to attack someone first. It also shows the ability to monitor the entire brain at once. 4158196 – Man – machine interface. Filed April 1977, Granted June 1979. 1st paragraph under background of the invention, in the first sentence, replace the word direct with remote and electrical with electromagnetic. The impulses or action potentials as the patent states that are picked up by electrodes in the trapezius muscles are action potentials or impulses that originate in the brain before traversing the nervous system to the trapezius muscles. 4140997 – Brainwave responsive programmable electronic visual display systems. Filed July 1977, granted February 1979. Makes reference to 3951134, so it can be used with or as a part of. It leaves plenty of room to develop it further than as it is described within the patent when it uses the 1-N bit references for colors, motions or movements, and shapes for the display and for evoked potential correlation. Can be used as a brainwave entrainment device with light. 5230344 – Evoked potential processing system with spectral averaging, adaptive averaging, two-dimensional filters, electrode configuration and method thereof. Filed July 1992, granted July 1993. Shows ways to collect, identify and store in memory various evoked potentials. Done through use of real time correlation of pre-determined stimuli and evoked potential responses. This is a cause – effect type scenario. Pre – determined could be anything from radio and television programs to ‘street theater'. This could also be done with remote neural monitoring and storage of what was monitored then correlating this with say a video camera from work, all that would be needed is an exact time frame of a known occurrence within the video to go from, in either direction, with what was earlier recorded. Can also collect, identify and store evoked potentials from more than one area of the brain simultaneously. Also goes into varying frequencies of stimuli, i.e. brightness or volume. This would/ could account for ‘whisper' type attacks and vary degrees of clarity and shading in the image attacks. Take into account a much better computer being used. 6397188 – Natural language dialogue system automatically continuing conversation on behalf of a user who does not respond. Filed July 1999, granted May 2002. This one in the context of the psychotronic weaponry, relates to a torture technique and should be applied to evoked potentials also. When used with or within a predictability or probability computer program type scenario it would/could result in the illusion of so-called psychic phenomena. Might also aid in the illusion of time travel. Especially when the pre-determined response time is set to zero or close to it. This one also applies to creating the appearance of schizophrenic and/or ADD type disorders in that if the memory space allotted for the ‘conversation' was set at a small level thus causing it to jump to a different line of ‘conversation' when limit reached. Same if time limit for ‘conversation' was set at a short limit. Could also be adapted to change ‘conversation' direction (open or go through a different gate) when various words were input. 6615197 – Brain programmer for increasing human information processing capacity. Filed March 2000, granted September 2003. This one pretty much states that auditory, visual or other types of entrainment devices can be used to effect memory and cognition (learning process). Shows that knowledge exists to program memory (human) and some of what can be used to do so. Used as a part of the psychotronic weaponry it would/could create false memory and/or reinforce previously programmed delusions. The claims read like an instruction manual for a brainwashing program. It flat out states that it programs ‘ triggers' associated with bringing back an implanted memory. This one could easily be adapted to the psychotronic attacks. 6488617 – Method and device for producing a desired brain state. Filed October 2000, granted December 2002. Desired by whom? This one states that entrainment can be done through magnetic fields and pulses. It also refers to ‘other' means of collecting the EEG, EMG or MRI data and feeding to a computer. The QEEG as mentioned might be a way to aid in the detection of the psychotronic attacks. Paragraph 2 under background of the invention: Kind of ironic that the patent claims to fight against what it was found at least 65 years before (Luxemborg effect) and documented 25 years before (Beck article) that electromagnetic entrainment causes. This patent is basically about mood alteration. * Have encyclopedia entry on TMS that does mention adverse effects. This patent also states that a computer can run the entrainment system. 4085740 – Method for measuring physiological parameters. Filed March 1966 (This may be typo from patent site), granted April 1978. Different frequency and/or power level, this is a microwave weapon. 6102847 – Bio-feedback process and device for affecting the human psyche. Filed June 1998, granted August 2000. Goes into measuring action potentials on surface of skin. Also states that artificial neural networks can learn what pisses someone off or not. The next to last page, page 12, contains a reference to remote activation of medicaments by either a person monitoring the computer or the computer doing it itself. 4834701 – Apparatus for inducing frequency reduction in brain wave. Filed July 1985, granted May 1989. Entrainment device and method using audible sound. Does not go into programming with it as it is a relatively short patent. 5649061 – Device for estimating a mental decision. Filed May 1995, granted July 1997. Assigned to Army. As applied to the remote monitoring, the filtering process mentioned would be how the attackers (human or computer) would/could be able to ascertain the line of sight, visual fixation or even the pupil sizes. This goes back to the action potentials. This patent also goes into extracting single evoked potentials from a field of view, or if you prefer a plurality of evoked potentials. Goes into regression analysis for determination of specific evoked potentials (means using previously monitored and recorded evoked potentials and comparing them to determine what a specific evoked potential translates to). Background of the invention, paragraph 2 omitted use as a ‘trigger' type mechanism in a torture routine in a computerized or a human controlled torture device. 5392788 – Method and device for interpreting concepts and conceptual thought from brainwave data and for assisting for diagnosis of brainwave dysfunction. Filed February 1993, granted February 1995. Translates to the people with the psychotronic weaponry being able to use the psychotronic weaponry to attack someone and record the spatial potentials and evoked potentials that are responses to the attacks. Becomes a thought reading machine with enough attacks. This one also corresponds to radio, television or ‘street theater' being able to be used as a system to present stimuli. Also goes into the vectors used in an artificial neural network for storing data and interpreting thought. States that the EEG and the SP's and EP's are the same whether a person is picturing something in their mind or viewing the actual picture. This would be the same when someone thinks (unvoiced speech) as when they hear themselves say it out loud or when someone else says it with variances for tone, pitch and volume. It also says the same EEG's , SP's or EP's occur in someone's brain whether they read the word dog or see an actual dog as their brain interprets dog the same from either. This one also states that if used in the weaponry, the attackers would know exactly what if any brain dysfunction they would be causing. Goes into a sort of behavior modification when a person doesn't think what it wants them to. 6536440 – Method and system for generating sensory data onto the human neura cortex. Filed October 2000, granted March 2003. Pretty much self-explanatory. Again use of sound whether below audible, audible, or above audible frequencies would require close proximity or line of sight. Does show that pretty much anything put into a computer can be used for what is transmitted into the brain by the psychotronic attacks. 5213562 – Method of inducing mental, emotional and physical states of consciousness including specific mental activity in human beings. Filed April 1990, granted May 1993. Basically a brain programmer using audible sound entrainment and someone else's EEG patterns subliminally with/in the audible sound. Like most of the other patents, it doesn't go into the ‘other' frequencies, as if the ones it uses weren't bad enough anyway. Does go into previous research a little. Gives credit to H.W. Dove for discovering binaural beat phenomena in 1839, basically means he named it as it was already occurring. Also states that what is described in the patent worked better on naïve subjects, which translates into non-consensual human experimentation. 4008714 - Brainwave correlation system and method of delivering a recorded program of material educational in content. Filed February 1976, granted February 1977. Shows that meditative states aid in brain programming. Another example of someone pushing parapsychology to get specimens for their experiments. Correlates EEGs to sound or visual entrainment aids. 5159703 - Silent subliminal presentation system. Filed December 1989, granted October 1992. Brain programmer with or without entrainment. States that it can be used when other sounds are present. Shows how to detect it. Can be stopped by use of earplugs that stop frequencies used from entering ear. Also this would show up on EEGs as evoked potentials even being subliminal. 6565504 - Method and apparatus to create and induce self-created hypnosis. Filed January 2001, granted May 2003. References in background of the invention to the mass produced hypnosis devices can and/or are brainwave entrainment devices with/without script built in subliminally or aloud and also would include the supposed self-help type programming tapes. The comments apply to all brainwave entrainment with or without technological aids. Also note the reference to drug induced hypnotic states, which would be the psychotropic and psychoactive drugs. Also note the term "any other means" when entering data into the computer program. This program queries the user, the psychotronic weaponry would have the queries built into it at its end and would be able to build specific torture routines (scripts) from various effects it receives through the remote neural monitoring process. This would be within the capabilities of most artificial neural networks. There is also a reference to the routines or scripts being delivered back to the user (person under attack in the psychotronic scenario) by "any other means". 6128527 - Apparatus and method of analyzing electrical brain activity. Filed December 1997, granted October 2000. Fairly self-explanatory. Does mention electromagnetic communication between implanted microelectrode and receiver. Also goes into brain mapping, or if you prefer brain activity mapping. Uses microelectrodes in or on brain as opposed to earlier skin electrodes. Everything listed could also be done with remote neural monitoring. 5788648 - Electroencephalographic apparatus for exploring responses to quantified stimuli. Filed March 1997, granted August 1998. Another example of monitoring specific response to stimulus and correlating them. Does mention ‘other' types of sensing apparatus and ‘other' means for applying stimuli. Mentions correlating different responses, using evoked potentials, to different forms of stimuli. Depending on the extent of data stored in the memory system, this would/could be how the attackers see and hear what the person under attack sees and hears. Would also apply to other sensory inputs. Mentions other impressions (brainwave signals in response to) magnetic, electric, temperature, etc. Also mentions real time electromagnetic transmissions of the data and mentions satellites. 6097981 – Electroencephalograph based biofeedback system and method. Filed December 1997, granted August 2000. Not in previous list. States at least one EEG signal encoded/embedded/modulated onto an infra-red (some infra-red wavelengths fall under the radio frequency wavelength description also) signal and transmitted to a computer. Shows that a computer is quite capable of comparing EEG signals (various potentials included) with previously attained ones. Shows that a computer can manipulate a display for output back to a person (or images used in the psychotronic attacks based on the analysis of the EEG signals). Also goes into using two images, one that the user (person under attack) is supposed to concentrate on and one for distraction purposes. (Good guy – bad guy routine) States that there is a ‘reward' type scenario for concentrating on the image that the computer (or human controlling the system) wants the user (person under attack) to concentrate on. 5279305 – Electroencephalograph incorporating at least one wireless link. Filed August 1992, granted January 1994. Not on previous list/s. Uses telemetry method for transmitting signals. Uses conventional computer controlled broadcast television tuner. 4926969 – Sensory driven controller. Filed November 1988, granted May 1990. Not on previous list/s. Another version of picking out a specific evoked potential from a group of evoked potentials in response to a plurality of stimuli and using it to control a device. 4495950 – QREEG process matrix synchronizer system. Filed January 1983, granted January 1985. Not on previous list/s. Mentions that it has military applications. Monitors sleep-dream state EEGs, EKGs, etc. Goes along with using artifacts filtered out of EEG and interpreting them or using them to monitor other physiological functions and also all brain functions at one time to determine entire surroundings. 5023783 - Evoked response audiometer for testing sleeping subjects. Filed June 1990, granted June 1991. Shows monitoring capability while sleeping. Says can use sound to cause evoked potentials while someone is sleeping. (Falling asleep with radio or television on is not a good idea). This type of thing could be used early in the attacks to get some evoked responses to use for other attacks. 5370126 – Method and apparatus for 3-dimensional mapping of evoked potentials. Filed March 1993, granted December 1994. Refers to a continuous or ‘movie' type displaying of the evoked potentials. This particular patent as is, refers more to displaying where in the brain that the evoked potentials start and the paths that they take through the brain. Add in the aforementioned interpretation programs for color, shape, motion, contrast, etc. for visual and tone, pitch, volume, etc. for sound and basically someone would/could see and hear whatever someone they would be attacking with the psychotronic weaponry sees and hears in a movie or continuous display format. Might be able to use this patent in a detection device, or this patent might also add in the misdiagnosis with proof of being attacked. 6466185 – Multi-planar volumetric display system and method of operation using psychological vision cues. Filed August 2001, granted October 2002. Funded by DARPA. Modify what the patent says to use the data stream from the remote neural monitoring as its input data stream. This patent says it does what it does with a 195 MHz processor. Hmm, I think DARPA has some faster ones. Can be used to generate virtual reality or holographic displays from separated and processed EEG stream/s (separating various potentials and ‘noise' and interpreting them). Basically the psychological cues that the patent makes reference to in order to generate the displays, would approximate what the Brain programmable display system does with evoked potentials to create a display. 5840040 – Encephalolexianzlizer. Filed December 1992, granted November 1998. Funded by the Dept. of Energy for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. States that by monitoring the brainwaves they can tell if someone is moving or if thinking of moving, or if someone not moving or nor thinking of moving. Says uses the frequency power spectrum of brainwaves which could be detected remotely with the psychotronic weaponry also. If this were used as a part of the psychotronic attacks, it would/could cause fear, stress and/or the illusion of psychic abilities (which do not exist), time travel (impossible), etc. Would/could also add to the paranoia scenario as it would make someone feel as if they were being watched. 6547746 – Method and apparatus for determining thresholds. Filed August 2001, granted April 2003. Pretty much straight forward. It goes into measuring EEG and what can be derived from it for responses to external stimuli like non-visible light, electromagnetic, magnetic, electrical, etc. Gives brief descriptions on a number of other patents. Uses recurrence quantitization analysis. Basically ties anyone remote neural monitoring anyone in with or knowing about and covering up for any other electromagnetic, magnetic or subliminal attacks done on that person. 4289121 – Method for controlling functional state of central nervous system and device for effecting same. Filed September 1979, granted September 1981. Another entrainment device using audible and/or visual methods. Granted to a person in Soviet Union. Shows Soviets researched control through entrainment and ‘biorythms' in late 1970s also. 6011991 – Communication system and method including brainwave analysis and/or brain activity. Filed December 1998, granted January 2000. Brain to computer link, or brain to computer to brain link when a part of the psychotronic weaponry. States that literally thousands of people's brainwaves can be monitored and stored in same place. Again take into account speed and available memory of computer being used to do so. In other words, by cross referencing different people's brainwaves the create the illusion of mind reading. 4736751 – Brainwave source network scanning system and method. Filed December 1986, granted April 1988. Funded by Air Force. Way to monitor brain evoked potentials and evoked magnetic fields. Could easily be used with or as a part of the remote neural monitoring part of the psychotronic weaponry. 4819648 – Non-invasive electromagnetic technique for monitoring time-trends of physiological changes at a particular location in the brain. Filed September 1987 granted April 1989. Funded by the Navy. Uses electromagnetic fields to measure electrical resistivity changes in brain matter and fluid. 3892227 – System for stimulation and recording of neurophysiologic data. Filed March 1973, granted July 1975. First paragraph under background of the invention, first sentence states that using EEGs and stimuli correlated together to collect evoked potential data was done in the 1950s. The patent is for remote gathering of EEG data in response to stimuli and sending said data to a central facility for processing by a computer. It uses a lot of the same procedures listed in later patents for gathering evoked potential data. Leave out the magnetic tape and put in electromagnetic transmissions and add the remote neural monitoring and it is an early brain to computer to brain device using specific evoked potentials and other brainwave data (artifacts). It also suggests that someone could be attacked locally and the data transmitted back to a central facility until enough information was gathered to attack them from the central facility. Or even that the attacks could be done locally with a central facility controlling them (this would require a slight additional time frame for the receiving and retransmitting of the brainwave data). This patent also lists a paper on a study done in Japan that was written in 1968 about this type of experiment (the experiment as mentioned in the patent). It also says that these type of experiments were performed on infants. And also that a lot of this experimentation was done in so-called Third World countries and that the findings of the experiment was made available to interested organizations. 3886314 – No hands voice instruction for EEG telemetering system. Filed September 1973, granted May 1975. States that the EEG data from 8 (or as many as used) different electrodes could be modulated separately onto different carrier waves and sent through a phone line to be recombined (or even left as is) in a computer for analysis. Another form of remote neural monitoring. Also refers to inverting and non-inverting signals nullifying each other. 3117571 – Production of reversible changes in living tissue by ultrasound. Filed February 1957, granted January 1964. States that to use ultrasound, the bone in the way needs to be removed. This patent would not work for the psychotronic effects, unless the ultrasound was modulated in some way and used on someone before their skull had hardened or become fully formed (grew together). Or during a process where the skull had already been removed. Does say that irreversible changes can be accomplished with the devices and methods as listed in this patent. Mentions that ultrasound can not be used when a space containing gas (air or other) is in its path in the way mentioned in the patent. Also says that it can be used to suppress electrical activity in the brain when the above conditions are met. Couple of definitions. Ultrasound – Is usually used in reference to sound waves above the threshold of human hearing. Technically it can be used to describe anything traveling faster than the speed of sound waves, but usually is the first. Hypersonic and Supersonic – Would be the opposite usage, usually in reference to anything faster than the speed of sound waves but can be used to mean above the threshold of human hearing. The following is about patents all filed by the same person. Titles omitted, but are in patents list. 5995954 – Funded by DARPA. Filed March 1992, granted November 1999. This one is a computer program for a neural network memory. The rest, 5782874, 5800481, 5935054, 6017302, 6091994, 6238333, and 6506148 all deal with various forms of nervous system manipulation. Basically they deal with subliminal brainwave entrainment. The patents go into pulsative, thermal, electrical, magnetic, electromagnetic, and acoustical ways of doing this. The author refers to creating ‘sensory resonances' by subliminally manipulating the various presentation methods described above and using them on other parts of the body away from the brain. This sends impulses to the brain and entrains it to the frequencies stated in the patents. The patents read like most other entrainment devices or methods. In the patents there are no mentions of any EEGs or other monitoring devices being used. Some of the patents state that they may have uses in the ‘non-lethal' weapons area. All of the patents tend to stick to the same two frequencies for their effects (at ½ Hz a person would be almost literally brain dead and at 2.4 Hz a person would be little more than comatose). Only one of them mentions any malicious uses, 6506148. The ones that the MPRII guidelines would apply to, state that they can be used for manipulation of someone's nervous system and still comply with those guidelines. A couple of the patents mention the elapsed time before the mentioned effects occur, this happens with all entrainment devices. The patents are an example of causing some physiological effects through the subliminal entrainment. The frequencies as stated above should be taken into account when reading the list of effects caused by the various forms of the subliminal entrainment. Most of the effects sound like things that happen when someone is close to death. 6577132 - Passive system for the detection and indication of non-ionizing electromagnetic radiations and static electricity. Filed November 2001, granted June 2003. May be effective for blocking emissions in the area that would interfere with detecting the psychotronic attacks. Should be adaptable for detection of the entire range of non-ionizing electromagnetic radiations. Goes into effects of electromagnetic radiation on humans. Does say it needs to be used in conjunction with a radiation measuring device. Mentions use with a computer to display readings. 6377833 - System and method for computer input of dynamic mental information. Filed September 1999, granted April 2002. This would be a very effective aid in the detection of the psychotronic attacks. Unfortunately, it would also need to be used in conjunction with a system that detects the broadcasts and correlates them what it does, otherwise it would probably be used to misdiagnose someone under attack. This patent also describes what is (or could be) done with the data collected from remote neural monitoring pretty well. The patent specifically states that other forms of brain-scanning devices may be used instead of MRI. The physiological responses mentioned in the patent would be the electrical impulses in the brain that correspond directly to the evoked potentials in an EEG reading. The patent also mentions that it can be used for more than one area of the brain at a time or all at once. The 3d to 2d (d = dimensional) would mean they could view it like a television screen. However this could also be turned right back into 3d for display in a virtual reality type of system or can even use both together as described in other patents on the list. 5512823 - Electromagnetic field detector for detecting electromagnetic field strength in an extremely low frequency band and a very low frequency band. Filed December 1993, granted April 1996. Is a device for determining electromagnetic field strength within certain frequency bands, not for determining exact frequency. Might work as part of an overall system to detect the psychotronic attacks. If nothing else it would help to point out things that would interfere with detection of the psychotronic attacks. Narrowing the bands as described or adding additional bands to the ones listed, say .001 Hz to 12 Hz for example, and a dial to dial in the specific frequencies and lowering the flux density levels measured to say femtoteslas or adding this as a separate option may aid in the detection of psychotronic attacks. Use of a computer to scan the frequencies and store the readings in memory or display and/or print out with an appropriate filtering device to remove the fields generated by the computer and other electronic devices, which could already be measured with the device, would also help. Use of a second computer measuring and correlating the above with an EEG reading of the person under attack would be of use also. The patent basically describes a smoke detector or smaller sized device for detecting said electromagnetic field strength, which should in my opinion be just as mandatory (voluntarily or not) in multiple family dwellings as a smoke detector for safety concerns as also mentioned in the patent. 4591788 - Magnetic field sensing device. Filed September 1982, granted May 1986. Says it is capable of detecting magnetic fields in the .001 Hz to 6 Hz frequency range. Basically just detects that the magnetic field is there and sounds like something from a Junior High or High School general science class demonstration. 4752730 - Radiation monitor diode detector with constant efficiency for both CW and pulsed signals. Filed October 1985, granted June 1988. Funded by Dept. of Navy. A device and/or method to make radio frequency detection apparatuses more reliable for detection of pulsed and/or variable continuous electromagnetic waves. Coupled with the modified version (or version as stated) in patent 5512823 should be able to detect field strength of said pulsed or variable continuous waves and the frequency of them. 5627521 - Personal microwave and radio frequency detector. Filed March 1994, granted May 1997. Assigned to U.S.A. represented by Sec. of Navy. Hearing aid modified to detect microwave and radio frequencies. States that the frequency range can be adjusted from what is used as an example in the patent. Also states that it uses a pre-determined threshold for intensity, but does not mention what level, and says that that would also be adjustable. Refers to "input modulated signals". Does say that it detects the pulsed repetition rate of microwave signals. Also says it can detect radar signals at great distances. Modified with or used with some of the other patents, might be effective for detecting psychotronic attacks. 5394164 - Human equivalent antenna for electromagnetic fields. Filed July 1992, granted February 1995. Would depend on how sensitive it could be made and extent of frequency range it could be modified to detect as to whether or not it would be useful in detecting psychotronic attacks. Also whether or not it could be hooked up to a computer for comparisons of readings. 5204613 - RF power sensor having improved linearity over greater dynamic range. Filed May 1991, granted April 1993. Again, coupled with a computer that could scan the frequencies and store the readings in memory and modified to detect the pulsed or variable continuous waves might be useful in detection of the psychotronic attacks. The patent says that the device can be built with a variety of different parts. Also says that it can be modified with more detector diodes in series which should increase both sensitivity and accuracy. 4198596 - Device for direct and continuous receiving and measuring of electrical, magnetic, and acoustic signals. Filed October 1977, granted April 1980. Assigned to Societe Nationale Elf Aquitaine (production) in France. Device for scanning low frequencies (says between 10 Hz and 250 KHz) of electromagnetic waves either natural or artificial. Says a "direct and continuous receiving and measuring device". Does show that scanning for said low frequencies was done in the 1970s. 6411104 - Apparatus and method for detecting electromagnetic wave source, and method for analyzing the same. Filed April 2000, granted June 2002. Device for detecting an electromagnetic wave, measuring its intensity and using a triangulation method for determining where said electromagnetic wave is emanating from. Larger scale for psychotronic attacks maybe. As is would be useful for detecting attacks on electronic equipment in home or office by electromagnetic weaponry. 5666105 - Personal radiation hazard meter. Filed March 1996, granted September 1997. Detects electromagnetic radiation intensity levels. Does detect .01 milliwatts per centimeter squared level. May be useful as part of detection system. 5458142 - Device for monitoring a magnetic field emanating from an organism. Filed March 1993, granted October 1995. References the 3951134 patent for remote monitoring. Device that may aid in detecting the so-called retransmission in that patent. Goes into ‘aura' and ‘therapeutic touch' type BS, but the sensing device and filtering means may be useful in detecting the psychotronic attacks. The patent also mentions using electromagnetic radiation to effect (attack) someone. Again notice the absence of EEG or other monitoring equipment. If used with said EEG and appropriate computer programs (mentioned in other patents) could be used as a psychotronic weapon with evoked potentials. 5256968 - Portable dual band electromagnetic field radiation measurement apparatus. Filed April 1991, granted October 1993. Device measures intensity levels of all frequencies contained in a complex electromagnetic field including pulsed fields. States that it measures Elf 1 – 1000 Hz and Vlf 10 – 500 KHz ranges. Adapted for the decimal place frequency measurements (.001, 6.26, etc) might aid in isolation of psychotronic frequencies. The next part contains a way to prove that electromagnetic broadcasts can be modulated to represent evoked potential patterns that occur in the human brain. It will also show that said evoked potentials can be manipulated before the broadcasts as is done in the attacks. This can be accomplished without actually attacking someone. I will start with a list of equipment that will be needed. 3 computers with visual displays (monitors) or speakers depending on stimulus used. These computers only need to be able to run basic evoked potential correlation software and display EEG readings. 1 of them needs to be able to work in conjunction with broadcasting equipment to transmit the broadcasts, the other two will need to be able to work with receiving equipment to pick-up the transmissions. 1 EEG machine with computer compatibility. NOTE, an MRI machine may be substituted for the EEG machine, however they do require the irradiation of the person being monitored. 1 broadcasting apparatus that works in conjunction with a computer to modulate the evoked potential data onto the electromagnetic radiation transmissions. For purposes of this demonstration, the range of the transmissions need only be about 20 to 50 feet. 2 receiving apparatuses that work in conjunction with a computer to decipher the above mentioned transmissions. 1 or more individuals to participate in the demonstration. This would probably work better if the participants were not already being attacked by the psychotronic weaponry. Correlation software for at least two of the computers or as mentioned later possibly for all three. This software either needs to include a pre-programmed stimulus package or be adaptable to work with one. After setting up the equipment mentioned, place the electrodes from the EEG machine up to one of the participants. Using the computer that will be at the transmission end, begin the pre-programmed stimulus package and the correlation process. The stimulus package may need to be repeated for the correlation process. For this demonstration, only one type of stimulus (auditory, visual, tactile, etc) needs to be used. The stimulus does however need to correspond to the area of the brain being monitored by the EEG machine. Once the correlation process is completed, unhook the participant from the EEG machine. During the correlation process, a secondary display can be set up to show what is being correlated and/or how the process works. The data recorded should be saved to a disc and then loaded into the computer with the correlation program or one of the computers if both have the software. At this point, the computer used for correlation in conjunction with the transmission equipment would begin modulating the electromagnetic transmission with the evoked potential patterns and begin broadcasting to the other computers and their receiving equipment. The receiving computer that has the specific evoked potential data loaded from the previously mentioned disc would then be able to display the received signals and what they correspond to in the pre-programmed stimulus package. The other receiving computer with or without the correlation software will not be able to display the corresponding stimulus from the pre-programmed package to the electromagnetic transmissions that were modulated with the evoked potential patterns without the data from the previously mentioned disc being loaded into it. The person running the demonstration could then also change the order that the electromagnetic transmissions are modulated in the specific evoked potential patterns from what corresponded to the stimulus package. This in turn would show up on the receiving computer that was loaded with the data from the disc. Said demonstrator could then also manipulate the evoked potential data in the first computer to change the appearance from the stimulus package. Along the lines of using the data obtained to transmit a different set of evoked potentials, which for example purposes would make a black square from the stimulus package into a green square and a green circle from the stimulus package into a black circle. Which in turn, would be displayed on the receiving computer with the data from the disc loaded into it. The psychotronic weaponry is capable of doing a lot more than this unfortunately. The third computer mentioned can be made to display the signals that it receives, much like an EEG display, or could be used just to show that the signals would be ‘noise' to it. By using the third computer with the correlation software, one could then load the specific evoked potential data from two separate individuals into the separate receiving computers. The first computer could then be used to transmit the different patterns in pulses which would only be deciphered by the computer with the corresponding data from the discs. For this demonstration, I would suggest using frequencies that would not affect the participants unless giving them full warning and having their consent. All data obtained should be promptly destroyed after the demonstration. The rest of this e-mail/post will contain some other methods to possibly try. Using an EEG machine hooked up to broadcasting equipment and one hooked up to receiving equipment. Just to show that the electromagnetic transmissions can be modulated with evoked potential patterns. This method could also be used with varying transmission strength to see if able to pick-up without the receiving equipment or just by the electrode sensors. Using an EEG machine with broadcasting equipment to see if the modulations could be picked up on a MRI machine. Broadcasting the modulated electromagnetic waves into the MRI to see if it picks them up. Again using various power levels for the transmissions. In summary, I hope this helps to clarify that the technology does indeed exist to carry out the psychotronic attacks. I also hope that this clears up, or at least points out, a lot of the misinformation about what can and can not be done with the technology. Death to psychotronic weaponry. Religion is fraud.
