my sister has worked for a company for the past 6 years, and is continually getting sexually harassed by fellow employees, from inappropriate suggestions to getting slapped in the butt...also, they are hiring skinny young girls and the president of the company continually remarks about "fat girls" and "plain looking girls."...now she is getting written up for things and constantly being criticized for her performance,, she turns 40 in two months..she has always had a strong work ethic, and her long term clients absolutely love her. her boss drinks on the job all day long, and the employee meeting consist of meeting at the local bar and getting drunk...what should she do?
