Is there such a thing as a reverse Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
case in the US? Hypothetically, you have copies of mail, copies of e-mail,
20 witnesses of high repute, and a video tape all confirming that a
non-white employer has a firm policy of ONLY hiring their race. Will the
EEOC even hear the case? Is EEOC action by definition white discrimination
against non-whites?
