If my wife and I get divorced in a community property state,

am I liable for her student loans even though only she signed?

They were originally taken out in a non-community property

state.

All loans were taken out during the marriage but she hasn't

received all loan proceeds. She finished her bachelor's and

went directly into a Master's degree program.
