Does anyone know what happens in a trial for opposing child relocation. Someone else told me to get prepared for it, but my husband and i have never been to trial, and dont know what is expected of us.

This is in louisiana law That would mean that EACH parent is entitled to have physical possession the child[ren] an EQUAL amount of time unless the court orders something different. |
