Can anyone tell me what my rights are? I had a fire back in 2001 and
finally got paid by the insurance company. From the time of the fire
it has been a real battle to make my payments .......

Anyway the insurance company listed both myself and the person who
holds the note on my property on the check. I forwarded the check to
be endorsed and returned so i could repair the building. A month goes
by and I got a letter from note holder's lawyer saying that his
client is reviewing there legal options........... along with a
request to pay the debt for taxes and show proof of insurance.

To date insurance has not been possible as none will be issued until a
copy of the signed repair contract is provided.(insurance was applied
vis fair plan act)

I have already begun repair using my own money including fees for
debrise removal, artichets fee's and am waiting to sign the actual
contract for repairs once the contractor has a final scope of work.

What are they doing this has now added already another month in delays
to me getting back into business.............. anyone can tell me
what i can do?

Scott, sounds like you might want the expert advise of a lawyer/law
firm in your State. We have found an AFFORDABLE way to protect our
rights. If we had the issue you described, it would not have taken so
long for the insurance company to pay out. because our law firm would
have been on their case. Likewise with the person holding the note.
Want some solid action at an affordable, up front cost? Email us and
we'll explain.

Yes, by all means email these opportunistic hawkers so they can take your
money for the near-worthless service they sell
