I didn't save the article, but the bright boy who made the original remark
about his puzzlement over women who might not want to carry a baby conceived
of rape to full term since so many wonderful couples out there would raise
it, tried to cover himself later creating two classes of women who had been
raped--those who were actually raped by a stranger, and the rest who just
went out and got drunk and got rape. So now we have the worthy rapiee and
the unworthy rapee.
I guess the discussion got really nasty on the floor of the House and the
speaker suspended the discussion.
