I am from MS and my employer terminated me 2 days before my 2 week notice ended. I feel he did this to try to keep my bonus and vacation pay. Bonus pay stated in handbook that was to be recieved if employed at end of quarter wich i was and employed at the time bonus checks are cut. Technicaly the checks are cut when the company makes the checks which i was employeed but they are saying now that it means when they are handed out. Vacation pay that i earned that i have not taken would be lost if i was terminated is this possible.
