My mother put a restraining order on one of my firends but she put the wrong address. Now he missed it and I can't see him till 2008 (I'n 17)

Is there any way he can fight that since didn't even know about it?

My mom doesn't want me hanging out with him because she thinks i'm gay and doing drugs. that's not true at all.
