View Full Version : Anyone with a shortlist cheatsheet w/EXACTLY what changed in the new bankruptcy laws?

All I know is the new law favors creditors by far...

Maybe a link to a no-bull**** website on what's different? I never could find
anything on the web prior to the new law taking effect so I never filed, now
I talk to a bankruptcy attorney and he doesn't know what's different either
-LOL!! WTF is going on?

TIA for any info or a link...

The new bill is 500 pages long. It's impossible to briefly summarize the
changes. I've spent hundreds of hours working on understanding them, as have
many other lawyers and judges much smarter than I am, and we are all unclear
about lots of issues under the new law.
