I've been in the chapter 13 four years now all debt is paid but the
secured .
My question is Can I go ahead and get out now with no problems?
Thanks
Charles

I'm assuming that you mean that all of the debt is paid except for the
*un*secured. Were you to dismiss your case now, all your unsecured creditors
could now go after you for the full balance due (including interest, late
fees, etc. incurred during the period of the bankruptcy).
Discuss this with your attorney *before* doing anything.
