How far back does a Bankruptcy ask if you received any money or will be
receiving any money in the future? This is for old and more recent
Bankruptcy laws if anyone knows. I had received money 2-3 months ago from a
personal injury case and have been living off of it until I get disability.
Its not enough to pay my unsecured debts and if I did a Bankruptcy now I
would have nothing to live off of as I am not able to work. I have a feeling
I wont have much left at all by the time I get on disability.
