I settled into a five year payment plan in February 2005. Now comes a court order ordering me to pay more each month. The order is clearly based on 1325 (a) (4) - summarized - I have to pay what equity I hold in my home. Trouble is, when I do the math using my current payment, I find that I will be overpaying after 60 months. My attorney tells me I have to pay for new legal action. It looks to me like someone (the trustee) either can't add and subtract or is using erroneous figures. Any advice? And.... do I have to pay the attorney again for fixing an error?????
Will appreciate any help.

Assuning the error isn't your attorney's, yes, you have to pay for his time
to fix others' errors.
