Ix 10-07-2005, 06:59 PM I've been looking through the forms required for filing Ch. 7 prior to Oct. 17, and I am curious as to where a judgment would be listed. Would it go under the list of 'creditors' or on another section of the forms? And if the judgment is from litigation within 12 months of the filing there's a question to answer on the statement of financial affairs. |
