Doctors have a source to identify those who have filed malpractice suits and
also a source to identify those who have instituted bankruptcy and stiffed
the medical profession. My doc has told me that a doc's wife in TN operates
the source for bankrupts. Evidently her husband got hit pretty hard by
bankrupts and that precipitated her involvement. Most all of the docs
require cash up front or verified insurance from bankruptees prior to exam
and/or treatment.
