How does one file for bankruptcy (Ch.7) without ANY money???
The divorce that was forced on me by my wofe has cost me my job and my health. I live out of cardboard boxes and stay at different places all of the time. I am still waiting for disability payments(became disabled in Nov.2004) I have close to $24,000 in debt including charges from a repossession of my car). Where can one turn to file??? TIA

Frankly, you CAN file "Pro Se" and the filing fees can be made over
time.

However, if you're living out of cardboard boxes, how do you know
you level of debt?

By all of the mail and collection companies that contact my son at my last
known address.
Thanks for the info. I found the form that allows payment over time and also
a waiver for filing fees.
