I'm have almost $40,000 in unsecured debt with low interest rates and good
credit. But I'm about to fall off the hamster wheel as it's becoming
impossible to keep up with the payments and have anything that resembles a
life. I have maybe a month or 2 before it hits the fan.

I have nothing to loose. My car is now paid for and I rent my home. With
the bankruptcy law changes eminent, what are my options? Doesn't
renegotiating debt destroy your credit?
