I am preparing to file chapter 7 but I was not aware that you could not use
credit cards. borrow etc
within 90 days before filing it'll I seen my attorney about filing I am
hurrying to file before the law changes
I borrowed a $1000 from one of my cards to help pay the fees to file since I
did not have the money I
had no other option
My wife has cancer and my financial future is uncertain because the company
I work for is also in bankruptcy
I am $24000 in debt and need relief bad
Am I running a high risk of having my case thrown out and having to pay all
of it back what will most likely happen?
I know I will have to Pay all of that $1000 back and anymore I borrowed
