I'm about 7 months post-Chp 7. During the process, Mitsubishi had written me regarding reaffirmation, I called them back to let them know I wasn't sure how to proceed and would they call me back to answer questions. They never called. I never signed. So here I am, 7 months out, no reaffirmation agreement, but I have been making my payments each month. Haven't heard anything from Mitsubishi.

I'm curious as to why they haven't repo'd. My paranoid side tells me they're just waiting for me to make enough payments to get the balance down to what they believe they can get at auction.

What do you think will happen if I skip a payment to get some maintenance done? Generally, how long does it take to repo a vehicle after a missed payment. I always pay them on the 15th via certified mail. This would be my first missed payment. I had no problem with them prior to the Chp 7.

Thanks.

They have not repoed your car yet, because your account is current.
Once your account is past due, procedures would be taken to repo your
car very soon, if not immediately.
