I have always thought and read that you can put payday loans in a
bankruptcy. I am just now being contacted by an attorney's office
regarding one of my payday loans. I advised them that I preparing to
file bankruptcy. The guy said hmm.. ok but i don't think you can put a
bounced check into a bankruptcy. He took down the attorneys name
handling the case. Any idea's on this?
