I want to thank everyone for all the responses I got. It makes me feel
less alone.
Ok...you all know my situation. I'm on disability due to cancer, my
surgeries were devastating so my chances of going back to work are not
too good.I have no assets, live in apartment and the car is on my
husband's name. Does that make me judgment proof if creditors tried to
sue me?
