We filled in Oct 2003 - had the 341 in Sept 03 - filled out a BUNCH of
interrogatory's in Feb 04 - was deposed in May 04.

I have income of @ $60,000.00 gross and @ $45,000.00 net. My expenses for
house etc take most of this.

The one debt that we want to keep is for an RV that my wife needs to be able
to get around in. $500.00 Mo.

Why is the trustee's attorney dragging this out so long?

Can he just go on forever or is there some time frame that he has to keep
to?

Because he is taking so long does it sound like he will be taking us to
court?
