Debt from primarily medical bills, used car repairs and housing issues
has forced me towards a chapter 7. Does every charge-off
company/collection agency subsequently owning my debt accounts need to
be included (quite a few over a number of years), or can I get away
with just listing the current collection agencies along with the
entities I was originally indebted to? Anyone who knows what I'm
talking about, your response would be greatly appreciated.

The safest and easiest procedure is to
notify everybody.

If something happens later, it can be
helpful to be able to show that the
bankruptcy court sent a notice to
whomever.

Kindest regards,
