Hi, I was wondering if I filed for bankruptcy and then changed jobs....
would my discharged status be looked upon unfavorably and thus the employer
can say that he or she will not hire me. I heard about a law that forbids
employers from discriminating on the basis of credit worthiness but I am not
sure how much of that is true ?
I work in the financial services industry and new job will be a financial
analyst. Thanks
