If after I had my 341 meeting I discovered that I am due a tax refund
should I file now or wait until after I get the discharge papers or
until 180 days from the BK filing date?
Sincerely Dan

Dan:
The appropriate procedures vary from state to state and even from trustee to
trustee. Ask your attorney how you should proceed.

Hi Brett
Thank you for your replys but if I could afford an
attorney I would not need to use this group for free advice. Many
other people that use this group do so because they are in fact
bankrupt. If you know of an attorney in FL that will offer free legal
advice please let me know.
Sincerely Dan
