I have been in a chapter 13, for over a year now, I've been forced to cut
down on my OT by my employer cuz its "not in the budget". I went from 1300
a paycheck after taxes to just over a 1000 after taxes. I also have had a
100 increase in rent. I was told I had to notify the bk trustee of changes.
I called the lawyer who doesn't seem to have an availability for me to talk
with him, our schedules conflict. What do you suggest I do?

Speak with a new lawyer and file an amended Schedule I and an amended
Chapter 13 Plan lowering your monthly payment.
