Hi there BK attys.

I am taking a Chapter 11 seminar now and I need to come up with a
topic for a paper. For the life of me I cannot come up with an issue
in CHAPTER 11 that is a "problem" to which I should propose a
"solution."

Any ideas?

Muchas gracias,

Sofia

Practical or more cerebral theoretical probs? On the former, I can't
remember more than 2 days going by without at least one motion to lift
stay coming through where the debtor claimed to have tendered payment
but the creditor claimed it never arrived, or the creditor never
cashed the check. Please propose an economical solution to bring some
accountability to the post-petition payment process.

From a slightly less practical perspective I'll trot out that old pony
that the proclivity for companies in some industries such as airlines
to hide their impractical business models beneath judicial robes harms
the good players and is bad for the economy.
