Is a Bar Study Loan (such as provided by Access Group) dischargeable? They
characterize it as a "private student loan." I am unable to consolidate
this loan into the rest of my student loans because it does not qualify,
which leads me to wonder if it meets the bk code's definition of student
loan.

It's impossible to say without a detailed examination of who made the loan
and its terms.
