If I have a CC with no balance ($0), will it be taken away as part of
filing Chapter 7? [I do have other cards which will be in the BK].
Thanks-Hank

Most likely the cc company will close it even if it isn't included.

It's impossible to say. I've had clients had some zero balance cards
canceled and others not canceled. And the same lender could cancel them in
one case but not in another.
