What happens if someone does not make their chapter 13 payments?
Obviously you could get sued by creditors, anything else?

The chapter 13 trustee may move to have your case dismissed. Whether
it prevails depends on many things but whatever they are they'll
typically be nailed down by motions and decided upon at or after the
hearing.

If it's dismissed with prejudice you're not going to be filing for
another 180 days...

If you don't make your Chapter 13 payments, the trustee can ask the court to
dismiss your case.
