That previous message reminds me, what is supposed to happen if one
files a chapter 7, and some of the creditors listed on the matrix have
their notices "sent back" as either undeliverable or (oddly enough)
there is a little yellow sticker attached, showing what the "new"
address is.....
....but it WASN'T forwarded to them, But just "returned to sender!"
Does the initial mailing constitute a "good enough good faith effort,"
or what?

the post office forwards 1st class mail for 12 months. For the next 6
months the new address is given to the sender on the returned piece.
After 18 months the record is purged.

It wouldnt hurt to pick up the phone every time it rings either, youll have
the luxury of telling the creditors " speak to my attorney". And if they
havent recieved anything yet....well thats what youre paying the attorney
for....let him/her send them the info to the correct place
