When circumstances deem that you are losing you house in BK can you use
your house excemption on a boat you have that is paid for? Te boat is
equipped with stove,refrig,toilet ect and could be my place of residence
after losing the house.

It depends on your State exemption law, but could be really doesn't mean
too much. It either is, or is not your residence.
