Are the secured items on schedule d discharged in a bankruptcy?

Yes, but they may be liquidated to pay the creditors depending on a
number of circumstances, including under what chapter you file.

Your personal obligation, yes. The lien (unless you strip it off
in the bankruptcy), no.

This means that if you don't make the payments on a secured debt,
the lender can still enforce the lien and foreclose on a mortgage
or repossess a car.
