Hi, I can't answer question #1, you'll have to call them. But as far
as question #2, the entries should read "Included in Chapter 7
Bankruptcy $0 Balance" if you did a 7. A Chapter 13 will indicate it
is under a payment plan in a Chapter 13. Be sure that every creditor
who was included has this reflected this way in your credit reports.
If not, dispute whatever they show with the credit bureau(s) involved
and it should not be a problem.

Good Luck.

I'm keeping my house and car and have a good payment record on both of the accounts. 1. Will the Mortgage Company and GMAC ever start sending monthly statements again? 2. Will they change the "Included in Bankruptcy" listing on the credit report after I get my discharge to reflect the true payment history on the account or will it always show "Included in Bankruptcy"? Thanks --
