I'm filing in Denver,CO but live now in Ohio?
I just got my Tax returns back, can I file and then use the tax
refunds to pay for my trip back to Denver for the 341 meeting? Or will
the trustree take it before the meeting?
TIA,
David

David:
Technically, once you file, the refund is the property of the
Trustee (if you haven't exempted it). I'd suggest discussing with
your attorney how best to handle this.

and the law applicable to your situation.
