Just thought I would share with you a few of the things that a debot
consolidator told one of my coworkers in order to talk her out of BK.

1) Bk is illegal. There is no BK law and lawyers merely use a loophole
to give you a stay from paying bills.
2) Creditors do not have to obey a BK court since it is not a legal
court.
3) You can be sued civily for filing BK
4) Filing BK is theft and fraud and your creditors have the right file
criminal charges against you
5) YOu can go to jail for filing BK
6) There is no legal way to eleminate your debt.
7) no BK attorney is a legal attorney since there is no such thing as
BK law. Anyone claiming to be one is committing a felony.
8) She will be fired for filing BK because it's legal to fire someone
foe filing BK
9) Her pay will ganrished and given to the creditors of she files
10) She'll loose here apartment and all her college Textbooks as a
punishment for filing.

Talk about a load of horse****. I gave her my legal-beagle's number
and told ehr to call him and do a free consult.
