Lady.., please STOP talking to ANY of these people!! NONE of them have any
"authority" to agree to anything!!! Take your money, cash, and whatever and
start 2-3 new bank accounts (spread the funds around) and stop talking to
anybody..., everything MUST BE in writing!!
While your at it, change your telephone number.., and get a TracFone you
can buy at K-mart and a couple Fone-Cards.., that way you can still
communicate..!!
Also, be aware that unless the party calling you is the direct lender, or
first party creditor.., you just tell them to write it down and mail it to
you, and hang up!! If they call right back.., tell them you are filing a
complaint for harassing phone calls.., they will stop.!!!
