1. Probably not. Most lenders are not not reporting any post-BR
payments, on the assumption that *any* report on a discharged
debt could be considered a violation of the discharge stay.
2. It never hurts to ask. <g>

It isn't meant to be legal advice and you shouldn't treat it as

familiar with your state's laws who can review *all* of the facts
and the law applicable to your situation.

news:10d295d2.0308051600.52d95ef3@posting.google.c om... Hi, Got our discharge letter last week...we told Honda Finance few
days before filing for bankruptcy that we intended to keep this
vehicle which they said no problem. We never filed for reaffirmed with
Honda Finance and now Honda is resuming our online payment instead of mailing checks to Honda during Bankruptcy case. Now we still have this car... this car is for me and my wife
needs her own car for school/work... so some questions if y'all don't
mind.... 1) Will this Honda Loan help boost our FICO scores post
bankruptcy (Of course, on time payments!) WITHOUT ever obtaining credit cards? 2) Ever since we brougt brand new Honda more than 2 years ago
with Honda Finance, we never missed or late with them. Is it
possible for us to ask for another loan for another Honda (could be new or
used Honda) from same Finance company, will they still slap us with
higher rate? or use the same rate we have now from our first car? Thanks in advance!! Thomas G.
