I still have no money enough to pay a lawyer and fill CH7, but I remember
something that Lawyer told me in the first and free consultation:
"I can get rid of ALL your debt BUT we have have to try to make a deal with
Best Buy... those insecured cards... " (debt with them is around 900dll)
1-
Why?... what's the problem with them?
Lawyer told me that if I don't, they could take the TV I bought there. That
was more than a year ago, other purchases were DVDs and a Sound Card.
2-
What is gonna happen when they see I'm 2, 3 ... months late on payments? I
just stoped payments to all creditors as I told you before.
3-
Can I stop payments on everyone and just pay B Buy on a deal basis. Is That
OK? (payments are about 22dlls, I could "try" to pay that, but I still don't
know how long I'll be able to do that).

Thanks in advance.

It is very unlikely that Best Buy, even though secured, would
take any action to sue to recover a year old TV, DVD and sound
card. I generally tell my clients not to worry about it, and if
they are sued, we'll work out some sort of payment plan.
