Peter:
I recommend avoiding large apartment complexes; some have
absolute bars to someone with a bankruptcy on their credit
record. Check smaller complexes, or private landlords. I also
recommend looking for a lease with option to buy.

news:1vScnY-7mfXVlbKiXTWc-g@speakeasy.net... Hello: I've heard that after filing ch. 7 it's extremely difficult to
rent an apartment. Did anyone have this experience? What would be the
way around? I would appreciate your advice. Thank you, -- Peter
