You should list your actual expenses for everything except the
debt that will be discharged in the bankruptcy, i.e. don't list
any credit card payments. Your attorney is the best one to advise
you about your budget. He or she can tell you whether your actual
expenses are likely to cause problems with the trustee or the
court.
