We really need to start with children soon. My husband requires a vasectomy to remove a tumor problem he has but they won't do it until we have children.

I'm seriously reconsidering letting that CA take my money on the 31st of this month. They plan on using check by phone for $582 plus $4.50 for handling fee. How can I get my bank to stop this check from being cashed? Moving my money to my savings is an option but I would rather have it as a cancelled ck rather than bounced check. I will call them today and verify the amount with them and then call my bank to try to stop it. I'm worried they will try to put it through for a different amount to get my money. I gave them an actual check # so it seems if I stop that specific Ch # I should be safe. What do you think?

I would almost surely think that a trustee would force a CH. 13 with
$1000 left over. I would put off filing, quit your job, have the baby,
and I bet your left over at the end of the month would easily be close
to zero. There you have a Ch. 7.
