We live in CA. $70,000 credit card debt only. I have heard some are scams. Like I mentioned in other posts, we definitely want to avoid bankrupcty Chapter 13. Any suggestions for reputable company I can call. I tried DebtSavior but it seems they can't get back to me. What is a debt negotiator? Is it the same or different.
